I'll be honest--walking into a new dental office made me a little nervous, but Darci (the assistant) was so warm and welcoming. She gave me a quick little tour and totally helped ease my nerves. It honestly felt like visiting a friend's office! Dr. Goldman was amazing--super knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with me. She even complimented the onlays and veneers I had done previously, which made me feel like she really noticed the details. AJ, my hygienist, was also fantastic. He was so professional and made me feel completely at ease while taking my oral records. He asked thoughtful questions about my dental habits and even gave me a few helpful flossing tips I hadn't heard before. Plus, the office is beautiful and fully equipped with modern technology and little touches that remind me of my old dentist's place (which I loved). I've had to go back in twice since having the work done to be checked out. The first time they corrected my bite and the dentist re- drilled to correct it. The whole time he was drilling the shavings were going to the back of my throat, and I was choking he said oh it's just teeth dust lol Also, most of the reception women are very friendly, but every time I speak to Natalie she is so rude and seems like she hates her job. Once I get this problem corrected, I will not be returning to Salinas valley Dental care, sadly. I feel like the staff is overwhelmed because they're taking them more patients than they can handle. Also, the office seems to be following apart their exam rooms have paint peeling off the walls and stained ceiling tiles.

Because of his fear he was not able to go for his routine check-ups and cleanings. The repercussions of him not going regularly to the dentist caused him decay and loss of teeth which greatly affected his self-esteem. In all of our family pictures you could see just half of a smile. Then about 8 years ago, we met a wonderful gentleman by the name of Mr. Allison who came into Wayne's job of employment. Over the years Mr. Allison became a regular at Wayne's work and in no time he became family. As the relationship developed Mr. Allison felt comfortable enough to ask Wayne about his teeth. In doing so he learned about Wayne's fear of the dentist and how his appearance deteriorated. Mr. Allison mentioned that there was a dentist in the area who did sleep dentistry and that could really benefit him. He then proceeded to tell Wayne that if he could find a dentist he was comfortable enough with he would be willing to help him out financially. And that is how we came about your practice. From the day Wayne came into your practice he felt nervous and scared, but had a sense of safety.
