Current business practices deviate substantially from those implemented during Dr. Sebi's tenure. A February 24, 2025 order lacked confirmation. Following a customer service inquiry, the representative requested the last four digits of the credit card used; however, the order was not located in their system, despite my Chase notifications indicating the debit. Honestly, I wish these were the same products from before he passed. You will only know if you tried the products before he passed, and then you tried them after. You'll realize they are not equal. Believe what you want. This company needs to go back to the drawing board. Believe what you want. I wish I could turn back the hands of time. I would stock up the old products. I did the cleanse 2 years ago and i love it... i feel better and cleansed... my system feels rebooted. But it's not for everyone. Well, what can i say, i came here due to my mother had just had surgery which in terms had her acid reflux had it's highest where she couldn't even drink cold water from refrigerator. The building is very clean and the products are in a little glass showcase but o read so much on the product and called to speak to a very informative representative that i just walked in and asked for the product. I got the bromide powder for me and capsule for mom (My mother isn't into any supplements but vitamin candy like C and Gummi one a day,) so i took the vitamins with her for encouragement . When i tell you she took 2 capsule 2 times daily for 3 days and her mucus cough was practically gone, she could drink cold water, ger stomach wasnt burning nor her chest and food wasn't getting caught in het throat. Yes, my mother had acid reflux before her surgery and it worsened after but now she doesn't have any of the acid reflux condition just a faint cough and tha2ts rare. As far as me taking the bromide powder, i have no problems. It does smell like the ocean and it has a few lumps but all i do is boiling water and put a little honey in it and i am good. It has been clearing up my skin blemishes and i have a burst of energy. The staff is nice, patient and tge security is very knowledgeable about Dr. SEBI formula.. Oh yeah, i went back few days later for the tooth powder and eyewash. I enjoy the tooth powder it makes yoy teeth feel clean. As far as eyewash i have dry eyes which causes red eyes. Okay so I can't review the store or customer service (on the phone) as I ordered right from the website. I'm 30 and in good shape and try to eat right but my blood pressure was still highly elevated, my primary doctor prescribed blood pressure medication to me but I never picked them up from the pharmacy as I wanted that to be a last resort for me as I know blood pressure medicine wrecks your kidneys. I tried all the healthy natural ways. Garlic, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, Hawthorne. You name it I tried it. Nothing worked. The apple cider vinegar would drop my pressure but in about a half hour it would shoot back up. So I looked here for answers and emailed and got a response to try the blood pressure tea, green food plus, and bio ferro. It's been about two weeks and my pressure has completely normalized. From 156/101 (or higher) to 123/78 I'm completely satisfied and I'd def be back for more product. I will say I was weary to try since there's been rumors of the store being compromised by certain family members and then other family members say it hasn't been I decided to try anyway and chalk it up to typical family bull sh*t lol. My only grip would be the bio ferro literally only lasts about 4-5 days taking it as directed (2 tablespoons twice a day making it 4 total) but the blood pressure tea, and green food has a larger quantity. For the price you should be able to get a little more. read more
