I got an 8 oz. jar of the Summit Trail Mix, which I really liked! It's not too salty and the dried fruits complimented the almonds so well. Enjoyed it so much that I kinda wish I opted for the bigger jar. Also, on top of the already steep price, there's a $3 bottle deposit. Since it was my first time here, the cashier let me know that you can get your deposit back if you bring the bottles/jars back to the store. After making my trail mix purchase, I got the strawberry glaze smoothie. My smoothie was ready pretty quickly. I'm not a big strawberry-flavor lover, but I really enjoyed this smoothie. It was the perfect refreshing drink for hot weather and walking around. I also felt very fitting and pretentious taking sips of my smoothie while strolling around Melrose. It is a scan on a small machine at the front entrance of the store. The workers are also friendly and attentive to help direct you on how and where to validate. I called the store to check if the coffee bar was open, and it was! If you're coming in for just the beverages, I recommend calling the store because the coffee bar can be closed randomly and quite frequently. Despite this, the drinks from the coffee bar are so delicious and affordable. I got a small berry chantilly matcha with oat milk, which was only $5.25!! What a steal in this economy. Just this time, the drink made a bit too sweet for my liking, but delicious nonetheless.

I picked up a flyer and noticed they had a store location in LA, so I decided to check it out the very next day. When I visited the store, I was really impressed with the variety of products they offer. They had a great selection of natural herbs, wellness items, and holistic products. I also love that it's Black-owned, which makes supporting the business even more meaningful. The customer service was okay, not overly friendly, but not rude either. They answered my questions and seemed knowledgeable about the products, which I appreciated. The price points were reasonable, and overall it was a solid experience. I'll definitely be returning!
