I lounged around in the coed area and then tried every steam and sauna for 20 minutes. I walked around in my socks. It was pretty quiet and peaceful . It wasn't full of people either. I go to the front desk to ask if there are slides or slippers. My feet got really hot in the sauna I was wearing socks . One must either be in socks or barefoot. I asked him about the additional services and he said the women in the locker rooms do those. The woman in the locker room are the "masseuse " or "esthetician" in a sense. Before entering the wet room (one removes their spa uniform showers ) before using the jacuzzi steam room and cold plunge. Ok so I decided to get the Korean body scrub and massage. The body scrub was better than the massage. I braced myself each time I was rinsed with water. A basin of water gets thrown on you. The massage included a facial and I appreciate her massaging my stomach where I tend to get fibroids. The facial left my skin glowing .
