The check in was flawless. They offered to come out and get us as they were very busy! The office is very clean. My husband took in our pup and our 2 oldest dogs. He met the veterinarian who owns the practice. (He actually went to high school with him). We were able to get our pup micro chipped. I went in with 2 of our younger (but big) dogs and asked the assistants to muzzle them for their nail trims as they will nip when frightened. They muzzled them and everything went fine. My husband paid the bill. It was $210 for everything! They also have a grooming studio next door and they do boarding!!

She doesn't give you false hope if you have an ill pet, but she isn't harsh about it, either. And if your pet just needs a checkup or has a minor issue, she doesn't treat you any differently than she does if you have a big problem; you never feel like she has a more important case or that you're wasting her time. I love taking our pets to her. If she left the area, I don't know what we'd do!

The vet staff are always friendly and accommodating! I received a phone call from Dr. Yocum the day of her surgery for a full update of her care during her procedure. All of my concerns were heard and she received everything that she could have needed for her post anesthesia/dental procedure. Not only did I receive a phone call the day of the procedure, Dr. Stucky called the day after to check up on how Lucy was recovering and asked if there was anything that he could do to further assist us. She's not only knowledgeable but extremely patient with my dog and myself as well. She truly has a way with animals and just entirely speaks their language. At no point in time did I feel hopeless for my stubborn basset after Kelly came into our life. Bassets are known to be difficult to train but Kelly's technique was just unremarkable. Kelly also send a personalized recap of how our sessions go together specifically on what we worked on that day. Makes it extremely convenient because it's a lot to absorb.

The lady at the front is AMAZING she's sweet and thoughtful about your animal. But that C0NT Jennifer Rankin as mention in other reviews is a POS. Another tech or whatever comes in and grabs my cat and started walking away. I asked "Could everything be done in the room?" The tech says let me ask the Doc and leave. Jenni, Jenn- Jen opens the door and states that "This isn't going to work out." the second she looks at me. I walk to the front desk and speak to her asking as to why I'm being denied service. She said "She doesn't like my attitude" and taking your animals out the room to a basement is "just how they do things there." No explanations or nothing on what they are doing or nothing. Just read the other reviews about her.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Last year, I took my dog for her yearly exam and…read moreshots. They took her out of the room for her shots and heartworm test despite my request to keep her in the room with me. When they tried to do the heartworm test, I could hear her screaming down the hallway. This happened twice before they decided to stop the test and bring her back to me. Fast forward to this year. Dr. Cundiff walks in the room, points at my dog, and immediately says "That one needs a muzzle." I was shocked to hear this. She is a rescue dog but I have had her for almost 4 years and she has never been aggressive. He said that the last time I brought her in, she tried to bite the tech when they gave her her shots. This was the first time that anyone notified me that she had been aggressive. I agreed to the muzzle for everyone's safety. Dr. Cundiff made no attempt to bend down to her level or speak calmly to her. As soon as my dog was on the table, he tried to lift her tail and she did turn around and tried to nip. (She was muzzled so nothing happened.) She then peed on the table. Dr. Cundiff threw his hands in the air, said, "That's IT" and left the room. When he came back, he said he will never see her again without sedation. I was shocked at his reaction- surely she is not the first dog to get nervous and urinate! None of my concerns were addressed, and he did not complete the exam. I was still charged for the exam, even though she was on the table for less than 2 minutes. Additionally, the vet tech made several passive aggressive comments about my dog gaining 6 pounds since last year. According to her vet records (that I had to ask for three times), she has actually gained 1.6 pounds. I was appalled by Dr. Cundiff and his vet tech. If they can't handle a rescue dog with apparent trauma, then they may be in the wrong business.

She has stayed a loyal customer and has continued because her cats records remain there and she is up to date on everything. I am writing this review from my visit with her in May 2026. We walked in with myself, my friend and my granddaughter. First my friend approaches the counter to pay for her cats medicine. She asks the guy at counter a question and is completely ignored. She asks again and he rolls his eyes and then asks her which meds did she want the most expensive or the cheapest and my friend answered saying I want the more expensive one because I feel it works better. He went and got it and rudely comments.... Do you want a receipt. The whole time acting like he was irritated and put out by her mere presence and definitely when asked any questions. I couldn't believe the customer service there. How rude and obviously rude at that. I then asked to see the kittens. The lady said we could, but needed to wash our hands. We all obliged. We went back to see the kittens and the whole time we were back there. I felt very out of place myself. My granddaughter didn't move much at all. My friend looked and talked to the kittens. We were rushed and the guy came in and said people coming it was was time for us to go. My friend asked when the kittens would be available to adopt and was pretty much shut down when the lady said it would be when they were weaned from their mother but they would have to see if she could even be able to get one. She wasn't able to even ask for a specific one to put on hold, but then we were told they were all available except two which tells me someone put them on hold. (but that isn't the big deal here, it is just part of the visit) So we then hurried on up front. My granddaughter told me she needed to use the potty. (We are potty training, so I didn't want to make her wait and we are fast) So I explained we needed to borrow the potty and we would be on our way.... More eye rolling and a little huff and puff and faces made. I am not one to write reviews. Good or bad, but this was something that bothered me and has continued to stay mind. It bothered me to see my friend be so looked down up on in the kitten room and to be so ignored and have faces made at the counter. If I had my way. She would never step foot in there again. It was a terrible experience and the worst customer service I have seen yet this year.
