We moved from CA to TX and then were assured that there was a place to get calibration done as well as removals and installs - lies. Three weeks later we have it installed and we have texted - called - left messages and no response. Now a week before we are due to be charged and us threatening court they yell at us and tell us to keep it, refuse to remove it without charges not in "contract". I'm taking them to court. BEWARE

I call back at 6:30 asking if he was still coming by to which he replies with yelling and saying "don't call back we're closed". I call back and he gave me a chance to let him know that I've been waiting an hour for him to show up, to which again he replied "didn't I say not to call back?". If there's a way I can report him someone please contact me somehow. We can't allow people like him to take away a day of work due to negligence or ignorance.
