Went in to get a new headlight and had a couple questions but there were no people on the floor to be found. I was staring at the lights for a solid 5-7 minutes without anyone offering to help (they're right in front of the cash registers so I know the workers saw me struggling). When I eventually got someone to help me he didn't really know the answer to my question either. I ended up not being able to change the light by myself and had to take it into and pay a $128 labor fee. Turns out, AutoZone will change your light for free with the purchase of the necessary parts. The 2 stars are for the working light :(

Was advised by AAA technician to come to O'Reilly where I bought the battery to check for warranty…read morebecause its still within a year. Drove the car with the battery to the store and met with a gentleman who I believe was the manager. Was told it takes about 1.5 hours to test the battery for the warranty and that he couldn't help first because they were short handed and didn't have any technicians, then I was told there were some cars they are not allowed to touch and my 2012 prius was one of those cars. When asked about if they had tools and I'll just buy a new battery and replace it myself I was given a box of miscellaneous tools and told that they probably won't have what I need. Didn't help me look for the tool I would need or suggest any helpful solutions during my visit. If I had turned off my car I would have been stuck at the store for another 40 minutes for another AAA tech to arrive. The visit was very disappointing.

Contrast the foregoing w/ my hotel in Vietnam (hotels typically have bad exchange rates), where I received twice as many VND. Talk about getting rear ended: That's a 37% commission to AAA. Omar does not honor the warranty on key fobs purchased through him. In May 2025, I purchased 2 keys…read morefobs for my truck for $250. Omar said the warranty on the fobs was good for 1 year. In March 2026, the fobs stopped working properly. When I went to Omar, he initially said he would charge $125 to replace them but I insisted they were under warranty so he eventually said he would order 2 new keys. When I went back to get the new key fobs. He proceeded to reprogram the old ones (which still didnt work properly) and give me a third key that was not the right type. When reminded that he was not honoring the warranty and providing 2 new fobs like had said he would, he replied that the dealer would charge more. And when I pointed out that the new fob wasn't even the right one, he said that was all he had. I feel scammed by Omar who did not honor his warranty and did not live up to what he said he would do. I would not recommend using Omar and Golden Locks at all. Despite your response Omar, the fact remains you failed to honor your initial statement that you would order 2 new key fobs, since both fobs were under warranty. Known issue aside, if the product is under warranty, then honor that warranty and provide a full in-kind replacement. You said you would order two and never did. Thats not acting in good faith. And then you only provided one key instead of two, since both fobs stopped working, and that fob did not have all the functions and is not a true replacement. And to expect me to accept the loss of the remote start function (which I actually use) is ridiculous. Honoring your warranty should not be a "courtesy" but instead an essential part of any business operating with integrity. You did not live up to your word and you did not honor your warranty.

I confirmed the listing before heading down because I didn't want to waste a trip. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle wasn't actually available. Not only that, but the "new" Odyssey was supposedly a loaner vehicle that was still on the way from Honda and wouldn't even be available for another 60 days. That's not what was advertised. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic -- advertise an aggressive price to drive clicks and get people in the door, only to tell them the car isn't really available once they show up. Driving two hours based on inaccurate information is incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. If you're shopping from out of town, I'd strongly recommend getting written confirmation with a VIN and verifying that the vehicle is physically on the lot before making the drive. I wish I had.
