First time here. We ate in and were seated immediately by a young lady. I had the Beef with Oyster Sauce Combo. My wife had the Mongolian Beef Combo. All combos include a choice of soup, Hot & Sour or Egg Drop, a spring roll, fried rice, and a wanton. We chose the Hot & Sour, a very good choice as it was one of the best I've had in quite some time. The soup was served quickly and piping hot. The combo plates arrived after finishing our soup. The portions are VERY generous. The Mongolian was excellent, tender and prepared with sautéed fresh green onions. My Beef with Oyster Sauce was delicious. When we walked in the restaurant it was quiet. The server told us to sit where we liked. She immediately came over and greeted us. We ordered 3 meat plates, and one pork fried rice. We had the Dragon Fire chicken, really tasty. We also ordered the crispy beef. It definitely was crispy and delicious. Finally, we had the lemon chicken, the sauce was so light and refreshing, it wasn't heavy or overpowering. We definitely had too many sweet sauces this time, next time we'll order more of a mix of salty and sweet. Every Christmas we pick up Chinese food. This year we decided to pick up food for New Year's Day instead. The food...YUMMM. We ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, pork egg foo young, cha shu fried rice, and cha shu chow mein. All the food was hot and fresh, made to order. I haven't had cha shu fried rice this good since the Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop days lol. (IYKYK) The rice was tasty as was the cha shu. As a matter of fact, ALL the food was very tasty. One thing about the egg foo young...we ordered pork but there was no pork in the egg. The pork is actually in the sauce that goes over the egg! Haha we had to figure that out. Oh and the sauce actually looks like soup in the container. We were a bit perplexed at first as usually egg foo young that we've ordered comes with a gravy-type of sauce. It's not bad at all.
