Walking in, they had plenty of booths and tables that can accommodate both small and large groups. You order before you sit down, and they also have a self-serve water station. We tried the Egg Rolls (3 pieces) and Dumplings (5 pieces) for appetizers, and for our main meals we ordered the Beef Stew Soup and the Glass Noodle Chicken Soup. The egg rolls and dumplings were crispy and flavorful, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce paired well with both. I actually thought I had ordered the beef pho, so I was surprised when the beef stew came out but that was completely my mistake. It ended up being a pleasant surprise because it was hearty, full of flavor, and reminded me a lot of sopa de res. The Glass Noodle Chicken Soup was much lighter, with a clean, comforting broth that made for a great contrast to the rich beef stew. Both soups were generously portioned. The customer service was friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back to try more items from their menu.

Eventually, we were asked to leave despite there being available seating when we arrived. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I usually like to order the egg flower soup, orange chicken, fried rice, and beef and broccoli dishes. The portions are still generous, and the prices are still great, which I appreciate. But sometimes the food itself comes out bland, or the soup tastes like it has been sitting around for a bit. We've never gotten sick from the food just to be clear, but the quality and flavor are not always as consistent as they used to be. We still love coming here because this restaurant has such a special place in our hearts, but it is sad to see how much it has changed. Even the interior feels outdated now, and the color and atmosphere seem like they've lost some of their old spark. Overall, Great Wall is still meaningful to me, and I'll probably continue coming back from time to time, but I do wish the food quality and atmosphere felt more like they used to.

For the most part I loved this place never had an issue ! Unfortunately yesterday I went and grab lunch for my husband and myself. When I was eating I found a strand of hair in my rice I convinced myself that it could of been my own but was still disgusted and threw the food away. When I got back home I noticed my husband threw away his food as well when I asked why he said he had found HAIR in his rice. I called and after I spoke to the owner he proceeded too ask me what the problem was. Ummm excuse me sir. But I said for RICE not HAIR ! And if you can't understand what the issue is then maybe you shouldn't be running a restaurant. Never again will I come here. Completely disappointed!!
