They sorely need to work on their organization. Food is decent but i guess you dont exactly pay for their personality. If you order anything larger than a 3 entree combo, beware they will lose you in the shuffle and your order will not be correct. Workers are squatting behind the counter on their cell phone talking in Chinese. They can barely speak English or understand what I was asking them. Never been here before, ordered combo C which is a 3 item combo spent just under $9.00. They do give you a lot of chow mein, I also ordered the spicy chicken, bbq pork and coconut shrimp as suggested by other yelpers. The chow mein was soggy and overcooked. The spicy chicken was fair, the BBQ pork was OK, the coconut shrimp was good. What made my meal unenoyable was that the food was cold or lukewarm and the noodles were overcooked and soggy. This is poor quality Chinese food. I would rather go to Hibachi grill or Asia buffet for lunch, it's only $7.99 and they have all the same food but better and all you can eat. read more

As far as Chinese fast food goes this one is pretty good. Some have told me that the portion size here is small compared to other places. That might be true but they're still very big. Their coconut shrimp is very good and the BBQ pork is also good. Of course they are no Panda Inn (Ontario) or Royal Mandarin (San Diego) but they get the job done in a day to day situation. When I visited this place from los angeles .. It was my first time. I have been to many chinese restaurants in LA but this was the first one in palmdale. No one greeted me or was friendly when I walked through the door. Inside there were no customers and 4 asian female employees giving me the stink eye and major attitude. After asking them a simple question about their vegetarian dishes and if I could have that as part of a combo. One girl said "No" very rudely to me and I got annoyed and just walked out. Great place for buffet-style Chinese food for takeout but not a real comfortable place to sit and eat. Selection has all the favorites and the portions are good sized. Not a lot of veggie choices other than the noodles and rice. The staff is friendly and the place is clean so that is a big plus. Prices are good for the portion sizes. read more

The food Orange chicken I got was soggy and was discolored with a small amount of actual meat. The teriyaki chicken was extremely dry. When I asked for more teriyaki sauce, all the workers looked at me with the dirtiest face and handed me SOY SAUCE, not teriyaki. After so many times I've been coming here I had a horrible customer service experience I was over charged for asking for no pineapple on an item and afterwards when I asked for hot sauce they tried to charge me for it and say that non of the plates come with it which at the end it back fired on them because they were handing someone next to me hot sauce and I asked if they were going to charge them which made them change there answer to now I can have some. We have always enjoyed this place, but the last few times the food hasn't been what it use to be. Tonight we ordered 4 different entrees and I ordered my husband Shrimp and Spring vegetables and when we got home we discovered there were only 2 SHRIMP! So my son and I headed back and they told us that it use to come with 5, but because of rising shrimp prices they now only give 3 in the order. Considering these are small shrimp I can walk into Target and buy a bag of shrimp for 9.99 this is a rip off. Don't think we will be back. read more

If this place gets big it's going to put Panda Express out of business!!! For around $8 you can get half rice, half chow mein and 3 items (including coconut shrimp on the weekends without having to pay an extra dollar because it's shrimp). They are really generous with their portions and it seems like their rule is if the combo plate lid closed easily then they didn't add enough food and need to add on more to your plate!!! I mean they have four people in front, one on the cell phone and three just others not doing shit. It took 20 mins because they have some sort of number system now.
