Ramen Boy was such a nice and friendly experience! My wife, toddler, and I went on May 2, 2026, around 7 PM. Our toddler was a little cranky, but overall he did good and the staff made us feel comfortable the whole time. The food and service were both amazing we really felt like we got what we paid for. Our server was super friendly and made us feel welcomed and completely judgment free. There was also another server who wasn't ours but still checked in and was very kind. Overall, great vibes, great service, and great food. We would definitely come back again if we're in the area! Stopped in for a late solo dinner after class and was glad Ramen Boy was open. I took the advice of my waitress and ordered the #7 Tori Red (spicy chicken ramen) and dang was it good! The flavor profile was deep, not too spicy, and seasoned perfectly. Definitely a satisfying meal with plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day. I rarely like leftovers but this was next level. The flavors developed and it made for the perfect lunch. I also got the veggie tempura thinking it would just be a couple of pieces but it's literally a huge portion. On first walking in the place is so cute and feels very clean. The delicious smell of the food hits you and gets you ready for the meal you're about to have. We had four in our group. We got black tonkatsu, pork shoyu, tuna roll, edamame, kragaae, and heart attack. The best by far were the ramens. The flavor of both broths was so deep and rich. The chashu pork was so tender and flavorful. My second favorite was the kragaae it was hot and crispy. The heart attacks were good just kinda lukewarm and I like when they are pipping hot. I came here on a Friday night and it was warm and cozy. I thought that it was pretty packed for a restaurant in Lancaster. There are a lot of seating options. I ordered a #3 black donkotsu, which I assume is another spelling of "tonkotsu." It took 5 minutes for my noodles to arrive after I ordered them. The soup is nice and warm and the smell hits right away. They forgot to gave me any utensils so I had to ask for a pair of chopsticks. The noodles are firm, wavy, and thick. The crispy garlic feels good but was burnt so did not taste good. It came with two slices of pork, which were pretty middle of the road. Flavor was slightly above average. I really liked the corn and the mushroom. The egg here is more cooked than other ramen places. The yolk is very firm, but still had good flavor. The noodles had some beansprouts, but they were tucked in under a corner. I did not feel like finishing the broth. Overall I would say that this is a pretty average ramen place read more

When you walk inside, its a dark themed restaurant with nice Japanese decor all around a cherry blossom tree in the middle. I also got an order of the Thai Tea and that tasted really good as well. This was a place my Fiancé found kind of later in the evening when he was craving some sushi and we were actually really impressed by this place! It looks unassuming from the outside but when you walk in you're surprised to find an open floor plan with a beautiful lit tree in the center. It's kind of dark inside which made it hard for me personally to read the menu but it did make it a nice calming vibe inside. I really enjoyed the appetizer we got. Their eel sauce was great which is always one of our add ons and a key factor for him. The garlic edamame was a bit spicy for me with some chili oil but i still found myself munching on it! The flavor of the Ramen is so savory and the Ramen and the veggies add a nice flavor combination also. So first off I rarely give less than 5 stars. I haven't been here since before the pandemic hit. It's located near Denny's and there's plenty of parking. There is also a Dollar tree nearby. Also, I thought he would enjoy something more authentic. There's plenty of options on the menu. I do wish we would had researched the menu prior (at home) to ordering because it can be overwhelming. Can't remember our waitresses name but she was nice and she took our order right away. We ordered shrimp tempura as an appetizer and ramen noodles of course. I ordered the veggie ramen and my son had the ramen with chicken. He chose to have the fixings separately so he could add it to his liking. We also ordered 2 soft drinks. The appetizer came out first and it looked delicious but lacked flavor. It did come with soy sauce so that made it better. Shortly, after our meals arrived everything looked delicious but it also lacked flavor. I added sriracha to enhance it. Overall, since my last visit the taste has gone down. Also, the price has also increased . I believe I paid $46 which is somewhat high but then again everything is high nowadays. I will consider coming back and giving them one more try and updating my review. read more
