A little bit of everything as you can see. This is trip one. I'll be back for another plate after this. Soooo good!

Food always hot and fresh here which is great for the buffet. If they run out they refill everything quickly and the Ambiance with traditional Chinese music or great symphony music is a nice touch. Service is run through the owner who runs a tight ship yelling out orders what's needed next or cleanup. She is a workhorse machine barking out orders but that's why it's still here as many places next to her have come and gone. She will check in with you to make sure you're happy which I like too! I make it here once a month for sure with good food and alone time for me.

Yikes... save your money. We came here because it seemed to have the best reviews of all the Chinese buffets in Hamilton county. This buffet was sad... very sad for a Saturday. Minimal options, everything had been sitting out for hours... contemplated asking for a refund. Boyfriend paid for dinner and was depressed by the place

Not a Good Supply of Food, It was Expensive and Will Not Return . The Lady was more Interested in Selling the Products on the table then waiting on PPL waiting in Line.

Very good buffet! Staff is attentive and clean. It's a good value for what it is. I try to have it for lunch at least every other week.

Aside from that, Bento Cafe continues to impress. The restaurant is beautiful inside and offers a great variety of sushi deals to choose from. We went with the Sushi Bento Box, which includes your choice of soup or salad. I always go for the hot and sour soup, and it was absolutely delicious as usual. Great spot in Fishers!

Being fairly new to the Fishers area, I did a quick review scroll (as a yelper does lol) and went in with high hopes... and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! First off, the menu? Solid. So many options it almost stressed me out, in the best way! I finally landed on the Aloha Special Plate with Hawaiian BBQ Chicken + Chicken Katsu, upgraded my rice to fried rice, and it also came with the mac salad and veggies. Now when I opened that container... BABY. The portions?! Generous is an understatement. They did not come to play! The BBQ chicken was sweet, savory, and full of flavor. The chicken katsu? Crispy, golden perfection. Like... exactly what you want it to be. The macaroni salad was also hitting... creamy, flavorful, no complaints there. Only thing that fell a little flat for me was the rice, it just needed a bit more flavor. But honestly, everything else made up for it. I can't speak on the service or vibe since we did takeout, but based on this meal alone? Yeah... I'll absolutely be back. I've already got my eye on a few more things on the menu!

When I called back to the restaurant, I was asked to bring the plate back in order to get any credit for my $18 meal. I wasn't going to drive back to the store, so I just enjoyed the rice & veggies.

You can even shop from their small store to bring Indonesian groceries home. We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty full. We found a spot in the small parking lot, but they have signs that there is additional parking by the church if you go and need to find a spot. Since we clearly over ordered we had a lot to take home and it was great as leftovers the next day still. Can't wait to go back!

Pho is my medicine when I'm getting over a cold. I learned this trick many years ago when I lived…read morein Orange County, an area of Southern California with some of the best pho outside of Vietnam. One time, I was at a Vietnamese restaurant and saw a man sitting by himself, his face over a steaming bowl of pho, with a pile of tissues next to him. He'd alternate slurping up noodles and broth with blowing his nose. It was gross but also kind of brilliant and also somehow still delicious-looking. Homeboy was on a mission to clear his nasal passages, I tell you what. So, the next time I had a cold, I tried my man's technique. And you know what? Yes, pho is a medical miracle. If you're on the end stages of a cold, where you feel 90% better but you still have some nagging junk hanging on, get a bowl of pho. And bring some tissues with you. Short story long: The pho at Long Thanh is probably the best pho I've eaten in Indianapolis. Not only was my pho ga delicious and simple, like a great bowl of chicken pho should be. But I visited with the end stages of a cold, and once I put my face over the bowl and started slurping, I could feel the pho working its magic. My visit was also a reconnaissance mission, of sorts: I know there are a lot of places to get pho around Indy, but where would one go to get an amazing bowl of pho? I didn't have that one place to point someone to, or take someone to, until today. Long Thanh is it! Now, this is not the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant that I've ever visited. In fact, I would probably qualify this place as a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. It's located in a dusty strip mall. The building looks like it was built in the 1960s and hasn't been updated since the 1990s. But I'm willing to overlook the spider webs in the windows, the ramshackle carpet and the upside-down Lowe's bucket serving as a plant holder. Why? Because the pho at Long Thanh is the kind of pho you want to be sticking your sick freakin' face over. So, the pho ga is my standard pho order, because how can you go wrong with chicken soup? The pho comes with a platter of herbs -- Thai basil, regular basil and cilantro -- and bean sprouts to sprinkle into your bowl, according to your preference. There are also some lime wedges to squeeze, and jalapeno slices to add for a little heat. If you need more heat, there's Sriracha and other sauces at the table. I add Sriracha as I eat, because I like to build up the heat as I go. Basically, my bowl of pho was exactly what I wanted: a hot and flavorful bowl of broth and perfectly cooked noodles and chicken, with the ability to add handfuls of fresh herbs and sprouts for a nice fresh, crunchy texture. One other reason to visit Long Thanh: the owner of this restaurant. This guy is also the host, the server, the cook, and the person who clears the tables. He is a bright and shining beacon of light in an otherwise dusty strip mall in central Indiana. He was super enthusiastic about every single thing. You can tell that he loves what he does, and it shows in the food he serves.
