This restaurant space has been previously home to several other restaurants including Flame On Vegan, 1st Stop Cafe, Blue Reis Pizzeria, and Istanbul Mediterranean Grill. They offer full service dining and there is online ordering including on DoorDash. serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I took a peak at their printed dinner menu before deciding to enjoy dine-in service. The regular menu offerings including Turkish & Ottoman grilled dishes, Turkish dishes, pan cook dishes, kebabs, stuffed dough. rolls, plus burgers, quesadillas, pasta, burgers, and desserts. The prices in the restaurant seemed pretty reasonable. I decided on the Oregano Chicken ($15.99) served with penne pasta and mixed greens salad. After I ordered, several complementary small plates of cold appetizers (pickled cabbages & veggies, kofta), and a basket of warm bread were brought out. These plated apps and the bread were very filling and tasty and I barely had room for my main meal. The main plate had tender boneless chicken pieces smothered in a creamy mushroom, green/red pepper sauce with creamy pesto penne and a green salad of arugula & tomatoes. The chicken and pasta were served very hot and the cream sauces were very rich and filling. After I finished, I paid for the meal at the front register and was given a discount for paying cash. Overall, this Turkish restaurant was a nice surprise stop for an impromptu dinner. I was originally planning to go to a sushi restaurant for dinner, but then I decided last minute to try something different. Yet another strip plaza gem!

Take Five is a friendly, old school, Italian restaurant. I have a gluten allergy so I couldn't…read moreorder the pasta. I had the filet with steamed broccoli and side salad. They don't have baked potatoes which I suppose makes sense considering everyone gets a side of pasta. The salad was unexciting, but OK. The fillet was overcooked, but OK as well. The broccoli side was hysterical. It was one huge stock of broccoli. I didn't get sick, which was good. There weren't many options there for me, but I was happy to have the filet. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. Take Five is not high-end or fine, dining, but it is a nice friendly neighborhood Italian restaurant that I would still recommend.

A strange place for sure. Looks like they used to have a salad bar, but not these days. Now,…read moredinners come with a salad that is fine but nothing special. They also include soup (pretty good deal). Tonight, it was a chicken and vegetable soup that was fresh and homemade. My wife and I split a sweet chili calamari appetizer that was very tasty. My wife had a steak (overcooked) and some stuffed shrimp (frozen and not very good). I had the prime rib, which was delicious and a very good deal. I got ziti with marinara as a side, and it was pretty boring and clearly not well seasoned. Unfortunately, there was a really off putting foul smell in the dining room and I have no idea what it was. Seemed like either old fish or a problem in the bathroom, but it was not good. The waitress was a great and very attentive. Service was excellent. Bottom line, this is a very mediocre restaurant. A lot of the things on the menu weren't very good at all, but others were quite tasty. Three stars. It's ok, but has pretenses of being much better than it actually is
