What a wonderful and happy place. Portions are huge, prices more than fair, the setting is comfortable, clean and airy. Staff are amazing.

Wow! Petty much describes my recent visit. Decent parking around the side of the building. Greeted and seated quickly. Menued and caffeinated just as quickly. Interesting daily specials, especially the blueberry lemon French toast, but I opted for the "2nd exit". Two eggs, two sausage links, two bacon strips, ham, home fries and toast. I also opted for sourbread and was told there would be an upcharge. Much better to hear it b4 than to see it on the bill later, so props to Angelina, my very capable and efficient server. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the plate was massive, and challenged my manhood. HFs lightly spiced, toast perfect as were the eggs. I couldn't believe the generous amount of very lean slices of ham steak. Overall, an excellent breakfast with great service and very fair prices. Oh, and the coffee was very good, and continually filled. Roundabout ranks right up there w several other 5-stars eateries in western Mass. Went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and really enjoyed it! I wasn't super hungry and I'm not much of a breakfast-food person, so I went with my go-to: a breakfast sandwich. There's just something about a toasted/grilled bagel that makes it SO good! The restaurant is relatively small and cozy, with about 4 booths, 4 tables, and a breakfast bar with 4 seats. There was a little bit of a wait, but I actually liked the homey feel of the place. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Another nice touch is that they serve alcohol, so if you're in the mood for a mimosa with breakfast, you can get one. I definitely would've ordered one if I had realized that before I ordered! We spend a few weeks of summer in Western MA and VT. We've become diner veterans and appreciate great, regional eats. Roundabout is a stellar example of when a diner cares about serving not only delicious food, but ensuring each dish is made with quality ingredients. My fish and chips dish had a whole filet (not strips) perfectly battered and fried. The "chips" were equally wonderful. My friend had mashed potatoes made from real potatoes (chunks included)! Such a rare dining gem, we'll be back and look forward to trying their other menu items. read more

Great first experience. Easy to find and park location, the hostess was friendly and sat us immediately. The vibe is cozy and welcoming and it was clean and tidy. Service was quick and the staff was really nice, chatting with tables, helping older folks get their leftovers packaged up and offering coloring pages to kids. Our server was really nice and attentive. Food came out fast. I ordered the lemon blueberry loaf french toast special. It was really flavorful and not overly sweet. The lemon flavor really comes through! We got the onion rings which are house made and battered. They had a very satisfying crisp to them and tasted delicious. I'd highly recommend giving this place a try! This is a new local fave for us. read more

OMG! SOOOO GOOD! I ordered the 3rd exit. 3 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 3 sausage links, ham, home fries, and rye toast. My bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly. My rye toast was perfect. The home fries were perfectly seasoned and delicious. I was full halfway through but couldn't put my fork down! My husband was so pleased with his meal ( the Moove over) that I didn't have enough time to snap a picture of his. Great service, great atmosphere, great prices. I'm going to admit that the place has been open for almost one week & time may be slightly not ideal for Yelping (Idk) but nevertheless I was in lunch mode and got okay to dine at the bar (yes they have a liquor license) but myself I only had bottomless coffee & West-Turn Burger with bacon, fried onions & pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar & had fries with BBQ sauce to dip in (I get tired of ketchup too). Service was okay but it seemed some confusion regarding who paid what & such (I unfortunately heard it because some orders were messed up with ones' card but hopefully it'll be sorted out) & place was conveniently located near CVS. Place inside has been really changed from what it was previously & music seems like an ideal one. I will say it's good though hopefully they'll get better organized & such read more

Been to this spot a few times, it a small spot in the center of town with seating for 20-25 people across tables and the bar top area. The menu is plentiful and everything I've had is tasty. The staff are always welcoming and going out of their way to take care of you. The food is good and the prices are fair. It's a solid diner style spot i enjoy visiting. read more

À diamond in the rough! What a great menu and delicious food. Wait staff never disappoints. We really like going here.

The food was great ... but -The tabletop was sticky with crumbs. -After tacking our order, we waited about 30 - 40 minutes for our food. -The Coke was flat and seemed to be watered down. -The waitress was asked for a refill of our water ad she filled the water glasses then SLAMBED the glasses back down on the table. -We got our check only to find the Coke that we returned was on the tab. -After getting our tab our server got lost and we finally paid the casher and made note that here tip was for the server that we pointed ouit. - The kitchen seemed to be overwhemed with the capacity. Perhaps a simplier menue for the lunch crowd would have been a better fit here. read more

Left feeling like we didn't belong there. First we came in and a lovely gentleman helped us with drinks first. Then I'm guessing a lead waitress came barreling over demand what did we get ,she must write it down!!!!! With her sharp tone and condescending tone finally took my order. Unfortunately had the traditional Eggs Benedict that came with home fries. The toast was toasted so hard the steak knives couldn't even cut through the gamey ham and extremely over done toast. The hollandaise was so chunky and very cold. I tried to eat it and felt my stomach turning so I tried the homefries and to my surprise they were raw and hard and completely unseasoned. Just a plate of uncooked potatoes. Our waitress never came back to check how our experience was but she had ample time to focus on everyone else but our table. I fell asleep waiting for her to notice us. When she did, she was hostile. I don't know what was wrong with her or what we did to get this kind of treatment. She saw our plates very much not touched and was just wanting to box it all up to bring home I said no thank you, I didn't want it and couldn't eat the meal she just was like "what ever" and left. I wouldn't suggest eating here if you want quality and some simple human respect. They never tried once to make it right. I will never eat here again .. complete waste of time and money. Don't waste time or money on their bloody mary it tasted like pure v8 juice and you can't tell if there is any alcohol in it it was so watery. read more

My husband and I have eaten 3 times since this business has opened. We ordered breakfast to go twice and dined in once. Their food is great and consistent and each times and the service when we dined in was impeccable. I am looking forward to trying their lunch menu and eventually their dinner menu when it is offered. read more

The restaurant was completely packed and we had to wait about 10 minutes, but completely worth it. The portions are YUUUGE and the wait staff were above and beyond friendly and fast. I really like that is only a 5 minute walk from my house. I ordered the Italian omelette and it was fantasy. Could only eat half of it with the toast and home fries. Loved it. read more
