I initially came here because my boyfriend was getting a massage from Andrew (which was amazing he said) and I wanted to tag along to see what it was all about! They offered me to sit in their salt room which I put pictures of. They do a 45 minutes session for $40 which includes you being able to relax in a lounging chair, salt comes out of a pipe the whole time which has several benefits to it. I will definitely be returning to try their many other services. Piper is SO nice at the front! P.S. the family that owns this place also owns farms and they sell their organic beef, chicken, eggs, milk, etc. in a fridge at the front. Also, some sourdough bread!

She gave us a quick tour of the facility and showed us how to use the sauna controls. You can adjust the temperature and color of the top and backlighting. Every room also includes a television you can use to stream music or shows while you're in the sauna. Each session is 40 minutes and includes a large body towel, small washcloth, floor towel, and our favorite, the cool eucalyptus towel for the end of the session. It was a clean and relaxing environment. It was a fun and new experience and I believe we will be back. The only slight downside is that after the promotion, a single session is $40 and the cheapest membership starts at $80/month for 4 sessions a month. After saving some money, we would like to come back!

They use wavelengths of light that are invisible to the naked eye called infrared. These wavelengths do not just heat the skin, they go deep into the body to warm from within. This is a far more effective method than a traditional sauna. Traditional saunas use mind clogging steam to heat a room. The hot air in turn heats your skin. Unfortunately for traditional saunas, the heat only warms the outer layers of skin. The body feels almost no heat deep within. If you were to attempt to feel the same penetrating heat from a traditional sauna you would have to remain inside the steam room for over an hour.

Every time I'm in there I asked for non advanced and am given the same room regardless well today they said the advanced was the only one available and it was that same room, I feel like I'm always being played here... I don't mind the advanced cold plunge but I'd sure prefer the other one. Also my first experience was great here with staff and every other since I feel as if I'm a bother to them. I don't typically make an appointment but I don't mind waiting because it's hard for me to guess my off work time so I'd hate to make one and not be able to honor my commitment. I definitely understand it's busy mornings here but friendly goes a long way. I do appreciate the efforts to accommodate but I guess I'll start making appointments to see if something changes. I will say it can be a bit pricey but the service represents that pricing. I got a facial here once and it rocked my world, so relaxing and my skin was so fresh and shiny for weeks after. The sauna is nice too. You get water, plenty of clean towels and a robe. The yoga room in Medina is bright and spacious and clean and has a big mirror for a cute selfie haha!
