    Sushi Deluxe

Ordered at doordash here! Definitely satisfy my sushi cravings! Location: It is located around Frederick Douglas Blvd. Few seatings inside. You can see how they make the sushi. Service: ordered via doordash. Food: Everything was good, seems a typical sushi spot. SUSHI DELUXE: the sushi were kinda small but taste good. It has salmon, tuna and white fish. It was fresh but small. 2 ROLLS: i ordered Philadelphia roll and salmon avocado roll. Both were delicious and fresh. Price rating: 6/10. It was not that expensive for a sushi. Definitely will come back to try other sushi and rolls.

Best known for super cheap food and large portions. The sushi special is 3 rolls for $15. I personally try to get the pork katsu since it's quite affordable and you get a variety (and a good quantity of food). The katsu itself is rather dry (the chicken is even dryer), though it's not terrible. Basically, if you're not picky, are hungry, and want to save money, Dragon sushi is a great takeout option. Otherwise, it's sorta mid, as the kids say.

Dragon Sushi's enjoyable Naruto rice-free roll of Salmon, Tuna, Crab stick, Avocado, & Tobiko wrapped in cucumber with Ponzu Sauce

Dragon Sushi is basically a take out/delivery place, although they have 3 small tables if you want to eat what you ordered inside. Most of what Dragon Sushi offers is relatively basic. They have some specials and the sushi is definitely fresh, but I wouldn't call anything I've had there exceptional. Noted they have some deals on rolls, but presently I've been cutting down on my rice intake so I went for their Naruto, i.e., a rice-free roll of salmon, tuna, crab stick, avocado and tobiko (flying fish roe) wrapped in cucumber and accompanied with Ponzu Sauce, and Sashimi Deluxe. Although the Sashimi Deluxe had 21 pieces, there was no salad or soup side provided, as you'll likely find elsewhere. The modest size sashimi slices left me still hungry - not gratifying considering the price. On the other hand, the Naruto is something I'd order again. For me, I opt for Dragon Sushi because it's closest to my home. It's not somewhere I'd go out of my way for. You may find sashimi at another local supermarket like Lincoln Market on Fredrick Douglass or H Mart on Broadway with a comparable or better offering.

Great sushi spot. The fish was fresh and the rolls were creative. The spicy tuna roll was a hit. Service was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

My first Elite Review!! Needed a quick takeout option. Decided I wanted sushi, but let's make it affordable! I looked for a few options on yelp and landed on Dragon Sushi! What intrigued me was their Dinner Special: Three Rolls + Salad or Miso for $15! I got the Shrimp Tempura Roll, Yellow fish Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. The Miso soup was good, but had literally no tofu in it. I like all of my rolls, but my favorite had yo be the Yellow Fish! Wasn't a big fan of the Spicy Tuna, but it wasn't bad at all! Everything was light and filling which I loved. With delivery/tip everything came out to about $20. Will definitely be back. A good cheap sushi option if you are looking for basic rolls.

Nice little take out sushi place with a few tables inside for anyone stopping by for a quick bite or waiting for takeout. Staff was super nice and efficient with the orders. Their boba were cheaper than outside, yet still tastes as good. Will be returning! This party tray that I ordered was very pretty!

Tried the sushi boat and it was totally worth it. A good mix of nigiri and rolls, all super fresh. The rice was fluffy and the flavor was balanced. Our table loved the shrimp tempura roll. The place had good lighting and wasn't too noisy. Great dinner overall.

Came to this place on a whim looking for something quick. Ended up coming back again the very next day. For a quick bite this place hits all the spots. Fresh , fast and delicious sushi and dishes when you're on the go. The staff is super friendly but as New York as it gets and I love it.

Ordered for delivery via DoorDash three times and absolutely will keep ordering from here! I ordered the 3 roll special (1 tuna/cucumber roll + 2 shrimp tempura rolls) that comes with wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. The special automatically comes with/ miso soup but can substitute for a small side salad or drink (make sure to specify your selection in the notes section). Last, complimented my meal with shrimp shumai (8 pieces) that are hot and served w/ a dark sauce on the side. Everything is really good and would definitely order from them again!

One of my neighborhood favorites! The service is always great and i love the sushi! They do have seating there but it gives takeout vibes. If you don't mind then by all means! They also have boba and my go to is taro with lychee and tapioca balls thank me later :)

Finding good quality sushi in Harlem that's not extremely overpriced is still a challenge. Dragon sushi is a great takeout sushi option in Harlem. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh. I have ordered the 2 and 3 roll combo special numerous times and it's always a fresh and delicious experience. My go to order is the salmon and tuna avocado, their white tuna roll is really good. The staff is not the friendliest but they are fast and efficient.

Chicken Bun (5/5): The chicken came out piping hot with a classic chicken katsu breading that was flakey and seasoned wonderfully. The soft buns with the creamy sauce was very very good! Lava Men (5/5): There was a lot of flavor and depth to the broth. The charsiu pork pieces were perfect, a great thickness with fat to meat ratio that gave it a juicy bite. Note the soft boiled egg was actually poached and not boiled whole Tan Tan Men (5/5) (award winning): The broth was very creamy and the noodles were perfection--chewy and thick. The chicken chunks were tender as well (Although I wish I had charsiu instead or ground pork in it). Ever so slight preference for the spicy tonkotsu ramen.

That's seriously the only food I am craving now. When we got there, the restaurant itself is very small, there are only no more than 10 tables fitting 2 persons inside and a few tables outdoors. There is a staircase with upstairs that is the Omakase (which is only open on Wednesday through Sat) and it is a pre-fixe menu. We stayed downstairs and ordered a la carte. First, I have to note that it ended up being a very busy evening. There was only 1 server who was managing about 6 tables plus a few take out orders. He was definitely swamped. It took us over 20 minutes to take our order as he was running around busy! We ordered several dishes to share for app: Shishito peppers, rock shrimp, and the edamame. Loved the shishito peppers which had an amazing sauce on top! And the rock shrimp was good too, but too much breading. For our mains, we ordered the seafood soup and the black cod to share and the shrimp tempura roll (only cooked sushi option!) The seafood soup was absolutely delicious! So flavorful. However the shrimps in there were so small, with the exception of 1 huge shrimp. Overall, we really had a good experience. I would definitely return to try more of the sushi as it looked so fresh. However definitely recommend they hire more servers to help out.

It's a cute little basement bar with some tables along with a bar top to sit and a cozy little area in the back to sit at if you're with a couple of friends wanting to celebrate something or just to hangout. You see to my surprise they told me they no longer serve sushi and that they changed the whole concept of the place and the menu. I was a little disappointed but I decided I was there already so I would work with what they had to offer. I saw they had a decent happy hour menu, but I decided to order a drink that was not on the Happy Hour menu. Their version of a Lychee Martini. It was strong and flavorful, but very refreshing. For my tapas options I went with some Arancini and Zucchini flowers. I didn't want too much to eat after having such a huge breakfast. The arancini was flavorless but really good with the marinara sauce it came with, and to my surprise the zucchini flowers were amazing. It was piping hot, crispy with the most intense cheese pull, served with some spicy sauce and marinara as well. I went back and forth with dipping them into each condiment. I told the guy who took my order and served me that they should bottle that marinara, it was delicious. I don't know how this place use to be but I'm interested in returning for another visit because I was definitely feeling the whole vibe of the place along with the food. I think it might be a good place to visit for the whole Happy Hour of it all. Thumbs up and Happy Yelping!
