Brandy came out, same day, 7:30pm, took her time, and carefully evaluated everything. She initially suspected a pressure switch or possibly a motor issue and even went to get parts. But instead of just replacing things unnecessarily, she kept thinking through the problem, came back, and found the actual issue -- a clogged tube with debris. She fixed it on the spot. I purchased a home in KC and the A/C unit was brand new and just purchased. The work was done very…read morepoorly so I looked up the serial number on the A/C unit with the local wholesaler. They informed it was sold and installed by Affordable Comfort KC. ACKC installed the A/C unit and replaced the coil in the HVAC. Their work did not hold up as the ducting slowly sunk into the unit and separated from the rest of the house. It was not reinstalled properly at all. I called ACKC six different times this past summer telling them I would pay them to fix thier work. I never received a call back for scheduling the repair. During our last call I told them this is the last time I would be calling if I didn't get a response and leave a bad review with pictures of their work. I did not receive a call. This process was between two and three months long. They had time to call me back. Man of my word, here is the review. In conclusion: ACKC was unwilling to call me back and stand by their work or even come out and look at the poor install. I would be happy to replace this review if they would just come do the work. I'm even willing to pay them for their time and update my google review. Just make it right.

Tried to tear a portion of the receipt so that I couldn't see the full price. Confronted him about it and he lied and said the supplier tore the receipt. Currently in the process of going through small claims court. Save the headache and go with a reputable technician. He also did not complete the installation and removal of the old furnace. It's in an attic and he just left the old furnace there.
