There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after. The day of service, we received a call stating they were on their way and they came at the time they stated. As for the service they went above and beyond to ensure our we were satisfied. They worked hard and didn't try to charge us for every little thing that we asked them to clean. We agreed on a price and they cleaned up everything they saw, even if it wasn't mentioned in the quote.
