I gave Thornton and grooms a second chance to complete my AC inspection. They arrived as scheduled,…read moreI was the first call of the day the service man, Kyle was thorough and provided me with a step-by-step analysis of my AC. I decided to sign up for the yearly service plan, because of the quality services that I receive from Kyle. My original assessment of Thornton grooms was a one star, but I've upgraded it to a five star based on this appointment that I had today. The only thing that I could recommend for future appointments is that Thornton and grooms provide a two hour window for serviceman to come out. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this company.

I said it seemed really high to charge $800 for a reverse osmosis faucet. I asked him to put the faucets back together and to talk with his manager about more reasonable pricing. He decided to get the pricing first. It was $600, $500, and $860, respectively, now. I said it was still high, but there was some value in getting it done today. I asked if he would be willing to check to see if the parts were in stock, and if they were, then I'd be willing to pay the high prices. He said he wouldn't do that because they probably were not in stock and he had spent to much time on my job without getting paid. I think they may work on commission. I also said while he was out talking to his manager that I learned my faucet company would send me a new cartridge for free. He asked why I didn't check before I came. Of course, I didn't know the problem until he told me during the service call. I know the one faucet is a nicer one (Waterstone), but the prices seemed outrageous. His attitude at the end when he realized he might not make a sale was the worst part of it, though.
