At no point was I informed that the repair was temporary, that additional parts were needed, or that the problem could return immediately after they left. The company later claimed I acknowledged this by signing their paperwork, but the technicians never verbally discussed any of this with me. Had they been transparent from the start, I would have made a more informed decision. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes!
