I had a toilet get clogged by a Clorox wand head that was accidentally flushed down. I reached out to several plumbers and started getting very high estimates for the work. Fastflow gave a very competitive price and was able to get out on the same day. They arrived, politely asked if I wished for them to remove their boots, and then proceeded to do the work. They setup a nice clean area for the work to make sure no mess was made, and after the clog had been removed they carefully placed their equipment into a heavy duty contractor bag to ensure any mess was fully contained. Jaime came out and was super knowledgeable!! He was on time and was able to answer all of my options regarding my backyard drain that was clogged. I was certain that all I needed to do was to hydro jet the clogged drain but Jaime told me that most likely il need to hydro jet the main outside street drain that drains all of our outdoor drains.
