At 3:45 the next day (today), I called their office to inquire - tech is on his way. The tech calls me at 4:05, I'm 30 minutes out!! I explain that is not going to work. I thought you were out front. The service manager then calls me (good) but I cannot make their time work. So as the customer, I (we) have no recourse but to use someone else. I need better communication and a strong commitment to service. I will NEVER use Nelson Brothers because of this experience because it's my only recourse.
