Stopped here for a late lunch with friends after a visit in the nearby area and then heading back to Louisville. Plenty of free parking and easily accessible. Restrooms were clean. Waitstaff were welcoming and helpful. I tried a turkey, Swiss, and avocado grill sandwich with a side of Cole slaw. Food was tasty and prepared well, seasoned great, and fresh. Great value for quality and quantity.

I'm starting off with a 3-rating because they were having an off night. We did arrive after 8:30 PM, so it was a late dinner for us after a long day of travel. Place was lively but not overcrowded. It was a seat yourself situation, about 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us once we sat down. Party of 3, we did finally receive waters, then she said someone else would be our server. Ok, another 15 minutes before someone came to take our order, alright no worries except she still wasn't our waitperson. We were an 'easy' (yes it is my opinion) order because we all ordered Salads with either chicken or Salmon. Tell me why it took over an hour before we received our food???? Oh goodness we were starving, and when it arrived I had ordered the wrong salad. My fault. I still ate it because Lord knows when I would get my replacement. Overall our experience was just middle of the road. Really disappointed with how long it took. If I visit another Drake's it will be a different location.

Always packed, but I've not experienced a super long wait time. Good atmosphere, definitely loud but still enjoyable. I always go for the sushi and this Mardi Party didn't disappoint!

I love this place. I think everything on their menu is good. Freshest sushi in town for sure. Buffalo bites are phenomenal. Service is always quick. Love the atmosphere as well. This is a regular place for us!

Excellent addition to Elizabethtown. Their menu can change seasonally but they have some staples. The service is always good and when they are busy it does get a little crowded and loud.

Crab Rangoon Roll recommended as a favorite by our server was delicious!!

Food and service was great. Our waitress gave great recommendations on the sushi rolls.

Games everywhere! Most definitely a sports bar with a sushi burger vibe. I was pleased with the food and beer selection.

Had some time to waste before appointments, and as always the Drakes chain didn't disappoint. The crunchy munchy roll was fresh and favorable, and the Drake's hurricane was fruity and delicious. Service was quick, and the waitress Rachel was attentive and friendly.

    Mom LOVED the club sandwich

So, Mom and I came to Elizabethtown to visit my niece. She bragged about this place. I looked up their reviews and read about the general manager. The reviews were good or better depending on their location. You're probably of the mindset (like me) that if you claim to specialize in several cuisines at the same spot, one is destined to suffer. I'm sure you can guess which one. And you'll probably be right. If you are a sushi lover, this is probably not the best place to get the freshest rolls. You'll be disappointed. We got here pretty early on a Friday, but by the time we left the place was PACKED! So, this is a local favorite; I'm assuming. Mom got a club sandwich that she loved. But she felt like she was having trouble biting into the sandwich and found what appeared to be one of those pieces of wax paper that separates cheese slices. The manage came to our table. Hey, there she is in the flesh! She apologized and asked my Mom if she would like another to which Mom say, "Yes". She really enjoyed that sandwich. My niece to the filet and sushi. She enjoyed that meal and thought the steak was very tender. Her husband ordered a burger. It was huge, but he had no problem putting it away! Our server was very attentive, giving us refills of water and soda without asking. I ordered two rolls. One was a Christmas special (Santa's spicy tuna roll), the other was not. I felt bad I ordered the second, because it was so bland I only ate two pieces. I actually forced the Santa roll down. It was spicy, but still lacked the freshness of the rolls I am used to. So as predicted, I should not have ordered sushi. Maybe I should have ordered the club sandwich.

Stopped here on my way downtown to TN. Got the Chicago Roll since it's my favorite and get it all the time when I'm home.. staff were friendly; however there was hardly any meat or "filling" in this roll which has never happened. Felt like I just ate a bunch of rice

What do you expect - some Shinto shrine with a Taiko drum show? Anyway, Amelia, our waitress, was kind and helpful. The food was tasty overall, especially the fried rice & seaweed salad. The yellowtail had been on ice too long & while still good, lost a bit of its proper tang when truly fresh. Again - it wasn't spoiled but sashimi demands that crisp, fresh snap when you bite into it. The canned soda thing ... not a fan. Perhaps it's a cost thing but at least don't show cases of soda in view & along the path to the john. The shrimp tempura & spicy tuna rolls were solid winners, & our guest had never had miso soup or real sushi until this meal. She's very happy, and so are we. Like I said, overall it was a good meal. But sushi joints need a staff that's crackerjacking & knowledgeable about this experience. Hardin County in general and ETown in particular are growing fast. Places like Wasabi need to rise to that challenge & train that staff to be on the nose about the menu & the sushi experience in particular. The owner spoke with us as we left. Very kind and gracious lady. We'll be back. The kids loved the food AND the fish tank!

An intimate cozy restaurant that is family friendly. Walk in and select your own seat. A well worn menu is offered to guide you through the selections. Most of the meals I saw bring eaten were noodle based. Most likely since there were a lot of children dining here with the family. Servings must have been ample since most people left with leftovers. I took the option for a Chef Special- Sushi and Sashimi dinner. A tasty dish that did not result in leftovers or a stuffed feeling. The customer flow was consistent and the staff remained busy.

My wife ordered a bento-style meal, thinking it would be simple, but it even came with nigiri, which she really enjoyed. I wasn't sure what sushi to order, so I asked for the chef's recommendation, and it turned out great. The variety of toppings was impressive (like in the photos I added into the review), and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely a very satisfying meal. The interior has a clean, modern feel, and I think it would be a great spot for a date as well. Also, I accidentally knocked over my water cup and made quite a mess, but our server handled it very kindly and quickly without any issue. Really appreciated the service. If you're in the E-town area, I'd definitely recommend you stopping by. Great food and a great experience overall.
