The biggest surprise was how comfortable the treatment was. My previous laser experience at another clinic was pretty painful, and they used a cold gel that left my skin sticky and made the whole process messy. At Spoiled Aesthetics, there was no messy gel, and I was honestly shocked by how painless the treatment was. My technician was so nice as well. From the very first phone consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Every phone call, every question I had, my pre-op paperwork, labs, prescriptions--everything was handled so smoothly. The entire office was incredibly communicative, and I never felt like I was left wondering what came next. The day of surgery exceeded every expectation I had. I got to go over my implant sizing, met with both Dr. Richards and Dr. Boman, and they made me feel so comfortable and confident going into surgery. The OR staff was absolutely amazing. As someone who works in the OR/medical field myself, I know what great patient care looks like, and this team is truly exceptional. I think I was awake in the operating room for maybe a couple of minutes before I was peacefully asleep. When I woke up, I felt great--no nausea, just a little sleepy--and I was on my way very shortly after. My post-op appointment the next day just confirmed that traveling here was the right choice. Every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. That's something you don't always find, even in healthcare. I'm still early in my recovery, but I already love my results and couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Richards and his team. Knowing I can call the office with any question and receive a prompt, helpful response gives me so much peace of mind. Instead of greeting me or even making eye contact, she continued her phone transaction and avoided looking up. After standing there for about five minutes with no acknowledgment, I decided to sit in the waiting area. When my scheduled appointment time arrived, she was still on the phone. I waved gently, and said, "Just checking in." She only nodded without a greeting or any attempt at customer service. What made this experience more disappointing is that this same staff member was extremely warm and attentive when she was selling me packages and assisting the friends I referred. However, her attitude noticeably changed after I requested a refund for a package I no longer needed. The process took far too long, and I eventually had to write a letter to the company to expedite it. Ever since then, her demeanor toward me has been completely different. Front desk staff are usually friendly, welcoming, and professional, which is why this experience stood out. As a long-time client, this was the first time I felt dismissed and treated differently.
