From the start there were problems, with incorrect wiring, broken fixtures, spackling mixture on my carpet, and a lack of communication in general, plus a very loud AC unit hindering my sleep. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, I was told that Travis, not Brian was the owner, which surprised me! Each time I called to report a problem, the problem was fixed within a few hours, but it should not have occurred in the 1st place.
