Well I was WRONG. The Tech that came out did do some work for me did a good job. Very polite and not pushy. Were the Pic's he should me my AC-Unit??? Now I am not sure. I asked if they could use my parts another company removed which were my UV-Lites. I was told possible but would get back to me with a price. Maybe like $300-$400 / not cheap. I never hear back from the Tech. They do charge $75 just to come out and $120 an Hour for any work. Was told these are competitive prices. If they could not use my old connections, then call and give me a Price of what you would install. Instead they just ignored me and I'm letting others know how you might be treated by Mercury Air.

They came out to diagnose but couldn't contact me to schedule a fix. Wouldn't return phone calls. Contacted Mercury - left a text message at 11PM, received a call back at 8:45AM the next morning. Adam could not have been more professional or more on top of his game. He ensured that the tech had the part, and scheduled him for THE SAME DAY. Hany arrived on time, with a text ahead of time. He worked on the issue and fixed it to my satisfaction. The other company - couldn't get a part in 5 days that Mercury/Adam was able to secure in 2 hours. Pricing was up-front and fair. Enjoying the AC in my condo just 7 hours after touching base with Mercury! Use this company - you won't be sorry.

They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. I could not be more pleased. 5/5 rating Thank you I will be recommending The Comfort Authority to anyone who needs air conditioning work done. Donna Harmony-Jones Kathleen Watson

We first hired comfort authority who had the most reviews, they over charged us and couldn't even do the job correctly. By luck, our plaster specialist Tate told us about Total Air! I cannot rave enough about how great this company is! They are very reasonably priced, fast, professional, and super nice to work with. They had to replace some air ducts in our home, and we can feel the difference. Don't even think about hiring anyone else. Get on the phone and call them now. We will be hiring them for our other home projects in the future. Thank you josh, Nate and his other crew member I forgot (sorry) for installing the new ducts so quickly. You rock! Can't praise your entire team enough. Brian, the tech, who initially came out to give us some options on how to fix our home is a total life saver. He gave us options we didn't even think about and saved us quite a lot of $$$. Book them!

They constantly try to upsell you every time a techncian comes out and they charged me $393.40 for about a 15 minute service call to determine that I had a leaky coil!!! There estimate to fix it was over $2k. I called a 2nd company and they were out within a few hours and did not charge me a dime for their time to confirm the leak. Their price to fix it was also less than Total Air.
