DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The Dream Auto Group dealership preyed on my 20 year old nephew and convinced him to purchase a car that is beyond repair. The salesmen are predatory and sold him a car with salvaged engine components. The entire engine and coolant system is rusted and rotted through and through. After attempting to repair the car, we discovered that the engine is not the original engine. Upon our discovery, we attempted to return the car to which the manager consistently and adamantly declined. This company buys vehicles from the auction and does not fix them before they sell them. This was admitted to me by the manager himself. They did not inform my nephew of the many issues and salvaged parts prior to his purchase. The repair shops will not touch the car. We pleaded with the manager to take the car back and he responded by saying "buddy, not in a million years". The salespeople are totally unprofessional and blocked my nephew's calls as he tried over and over again to resolve the matter. We are currently working through litigation to sue the company. We also reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, DMV and the Attorney General so they can never take advantage of another customer again. Purchased a 2005 Nissan Frontier from these gentlemen on February 9th. Everything went well on the test drive and the truck seemed like it was in good shape. It had some obvious things wrong with it due to the age of the vehicle and we expected that...no issues! They sold us a crappy warranty with the truck but I didn't know it was crap until we needed to use it! On the way home from buying the vehicle it did good until about 3/4 the way home. The check engine light came on and then I noticed a pronounced misfire (bad vibration) in the engine followed by an even worse vibration that was seen at 60mph. The following week I took it to my shop to have it looked at. To make a long story short I was looking at $5,700 in repairs for a damaged transmission from a leaking radiator. In 2005 Nissan had the transmission coolant lines running to the vehicles radiator (crappy design). These costs were almost what I paid for the truck. I immediately contacted this warranty company who refused to pay anything!! This wasn't a problem that appeared after 6 months after purchasing the truck but in the same day I bought it! Was there a little fault in my part? Yes, but I have a pretty good feeling they knew about this because their phone lines went quite after trying to resolve the issue. I ended up selling the truck and lost quite a bit of money! If you buy from these guys make sure you take it on a long test drive and also have a mechanic look at it before signing on the dotted line! read more

By far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. We spoke to Monsour on the phone for about a week before going in for a test drive, once we got there we quickly realized he had lied about everything. He told us the car had been detailed and the maintenance was up to date. Once we got there the vehicle was filthy, with tobacco crumbs everywhere and stains all over the carpets and trash under the seats. We turned the car on and all the maintenance lights came on. I had a great experience at Dream Auto, particularly with Mansour, the owner. I found a car here online and corresponded with Mansour via email, and he remembered me when I came in to test drive the car. He was extremely polite and respectful throughout the entire process and never pushy. I felt very comfortable with him and all of our interactions. I brought along a former car salesman that I used to work with to test drive the vehicle, and he also felt very positive about our interactions with Mansour and that we were getting a good deal. Mansour was very upfront that he buys cars from auto auctions, many of which have had some type of damage, which can range from only cosmetic issues, like hail damage, to bigger issues, like a bumper being damaged. He told me exactly how my car had been damaged and how he addressed that. After taking two cars out for a test drive (Mansour let me go on my own and told me to take my time), I pointed out a couple minor issues (e.g., a whistling noise), and Mansour was happy to correct the issue, including buying and installing a new side mirror, before I purchased the car. He was very communicative in letting me know when my car would be ready, since it took an extra day to order the mirror. He also had all of my paperwork ready to go when I did pick up the car, which was appreciated since I drove in from out of town. He walked me through the process of taking the paperwork to the DMV to pay sales tax and register the vehicle, which was very helpful. Finally, he told me to call him if I had any issues, questions, or needed anything else down the line. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return! I was able to get a 2018 vehicle with low mileage for a great price. Don't be deterred that he buys used vehicles from auto auctions, as many big dealerships do that as well. I could not be happier with the service I received from Joey and Monsour. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with less than 2k miles for a much lower than advertised at other places. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable. The car I wanted to see was getting detailed when I got there but Monsour called me prior to my arrival and told me that the car would not be available. Although I was slightly disappointed, I was appreciative of the fact that he had called and not waited for me to get to the dealership to tell me the news. I was even happier that Monsour did not try to pressure me into coming in to see other vehicles when the one I wanted was not available. Because I was coming from far, I decided to go to the dealership anyway and test drove other cars that were similar to the one I wanted. Since I had taken the bus down to the dealership, Monsour volunteered to drive me to the metro rather than me having to wait the 1 hour it would have taken the bus to get to me.
