I was driving down Roosevelt when I noticed a blue banner Free Wash Today. On cue I was pulling my car into the lot for a free car wash. As I pulled up the young man started explaining the benefits of the this particular car wash. Ok no problem, the wash was free so I had no problem listening. He was nice and did not try to pressure me with trying to purchase a wash package. I pulled my SUV inside for my free wash and dry. Thanks for my free car wash and nice service. read more

Nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!!! I was thoroughly disappointed impressed with the amazing job that was done on my Yukon today. I needed to get my vehicle detailed and called Dream Clean. Their price was very reasonable, but the best part was that the cleanliness of it was almost like the day I bought it (minus normal wear). They hand washed my Yukon and made everything sparkle; inside and out! From my first call until the moment I picked it up, the staff was professional and courteous. It was very evident they took pride in their work and they asked me multiple times to look it over so they could address absolutely anything I was dissatisfied with. I bought a new car, I have a monthly fee of $36.00 a month for unlimited washes. My problem is my prior car's license plate is on my account. I need to have my new plate changed on my account. I've been there several times and there's no one there that can help me. The phone number they provide has a mailbox that is full. read more

I made an appointment online and they said they would get back to me to confirm the day and time I never heard back. I called a couple days later using the number I found on Google and the number I found on their website both numbers did not work. Interesting operation.. I will be finding somewhere else to get my car detailed and give my money to, doesn't seem like they want it. read more

This is a shady shady business. I went there once back in February and used my credit card through their outdoor card reader. I never spoke with anyone and never authorized anything except one car wash. I just now realized they have been charging my credit card $9.99 per month and then all of the sudden today they charged my card $36.99. They never answer their phone and their is no way to cancel it. BEWARE THIS PLACE. I have seen others on here complaining of the same thing...including that they are impossible to talk to. TO THE OWNER: If you respond and are going to profess your desire to remedy this, how about leaving a phone number that someone answers. read more

Tim was an excellent service member each time I've been there! He makes sure I don't scrape my tires getting in the car wash! I'm 5'3...drive a truck...hard to tell up front sometimes lol. I will not use this place again. They offered me a $10 a month program on "National Women's Day". The price lasted about a month before they hit my account for $20. They said they told me the price would change - they did not. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told he wasn't in but he would call me. He, of course, never did return my call. A nice young man was able to delete my name and information from their program and provide me with a refund. I understand this practice continues and the prices are now even higher for the monthly program they implement without warning or a refund. I will not return to this place and do not recommend it. read more

On November 15 you indicated in a response below that there is a link to manage your membership on the website. I do not see that option anywhere on the website, and the number listed for your business STILL has a recording that the mailbox is full. Please be advised that I am cancelling my membership effective today, December 9. Car wash is great and they finally upgraded their vacumes! Damario was very helpful setting me up with my subscription.

Service is great, staff is friendly, and I enjoy the monthly membership. Even getting detailing was great on a yearly basis for $35!

No Stars: Canceled my membership in Aug 2028 on their "easy online cancellation" mad it is Nov 2024 and my card is still being charged. In process of disputing charges. Tried callin number on website and receipt (331) 307-7120 and the mailbox is full. read more

I am changing my review because I had called numerous times to cancel my membership twice left a message with a callback number and details to my car from make model to license plate when I spoke to someone I was assured that it was taken care of, to my surprise I was still being charged on my credit card. I hate to leave a poor review especially since the young men that work there are great and helpful. Why someone would ignore the request to cancel the membership or not listen to voicemails and try and call back or say it's fine when it's not. They went from my 5 star to a 1. I used to get a very good interior detailing at this location before it was Dream Clean. Yesterday, I wanted to try the detailing at Dream Clean. The cashier line was extremely slow, when I finally got to the cashier, I was told the detailer could not do it that day, but I could schedule an appointment for the following day. I made a 2pm appointment for today. When I got there at 2, I was told the detailer was working on another car and it would be an hour. I couldn't wait that long. Why would a business make appointments and not keep them? I was very frustrated. He did give me a free wash for the aggravation. If he hadn't, I would have given one star, not two. read more

I went to this car wash on9/16/24 and in the middle of the wash the large brush on the passenger side of my truck hit my mirror and almost stopped. When I finished the wash I pulled over immediately and looked at my mirror to see it was broken. Immediately told an employee. He took pictures and my phone number and said a manager would call me. Never did. Went back the next day and talked to another employee he took my phone number and name and said a manager would call me. Still haven't heard from them. Contacted the BBB waiting to see what happens. Very disappointed. Have been going there for years. read more

Was pleasantly surprised at the bang for my buck here! Got an interior and exterior wash and they did a great job! No wait either! The other place I've gone to had an hour wait and was $20 more for the same job. I usually have to reclean areas in my car after I get it done at the other place, but didn't find one spot to redo here today! Will definitely be back. read more

Never in a million years did I ever think I'd write a review for a auto car wash! The guy guiding me in didn't tell me to go right or left, just straight and I ended up banging my wheel against the track. Then there was no water in the wash and the car tack stopped and all machinery went off after 20 seconds in. The track and "wash" continued without water before stopping for a second time. We rolled down the window when we were stalled and flagged a worker down to ask what was going on and he looked at us and kept walking, completely ignoring us. When we exited the wash, there was no one there outside to tell us what happened or that we would be able to go through again for free. I ended up storming over to the ticket counter and they let me back in for free, this time with the water working. I understand that mechanical issues happen, the problem was that there was ZERO communication about what was going on, how long we would be trapped there, or that I would be taken care of afterward for another wash or refund, even despite trying to flag someone down several times. read more
