If you file a damage complaint, they will send you an email four days later telling you that they are not at fault and will not pay for the damage. Just look at the reviews on Google to see how horrible this place truly is. A class action lawsuit is being discussed with a lawyer.

But the cost is great! I cleaned a full size car: all 5 steps plus air dryer for $7.50. And there were only 2 customers there at the lunch hour. Convenient, a good bargain and all equipment in good working order.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE I was quoted and agreed to pay for a full interior/exterior detail at $150.00, i work at a shop up the road and they came and picked up my car in the morning and dropped it back off around 5 PM coming With a bill of $200.00.. Without informing me they would need to do extra measures to get the tar off my car, THEY NEVER CALLED AND INFORMED ME MY BILL WOULD BE MORE THEN QUOTED, its not about the $50.00 its about the principle of BUSINESS if you miss- quote a customer, or the vehicle needs additional work and the prices comes out to be more, you inform the customer before proceeding. you dont just do the work assuming the customer will pay the difference. ITS WHAT A GOOD INTELLIGENT BUSINESS OWNER DOES, while contacting the owner about the difference in the quote he yelled, was completely unprofessional and specifically told me he did not care about my business. .. Upon Looking over my car, my windows were not cleaned let alone touched , My rims were not touched and looked the same, The interior carpet still had obviously cleanable stains on it and the "tar" was not fully removed. After calling the owner the next day to come by and take a second look at the car, he told me he would stop by at 3 PM, after 4 phone calls he IGNORED he not only showed up at 3:50 but sent one of his employees to face his issues for him... They come and pick up the car the following day, and bring it back within a hour, only cleaning the seats, and center consul. when touching my rims to show the dirt still left there, he specifically told me "he does not clean rims when doing a detail" I could have gotten a better detail elsewhere for $50! save your money, frustration and time and take your business elsewhere!! if they treat and scam a car coming from a business like this, imagine what they would do to someone that does not know any better!! Excalabur, you not only lost my business and my personal references, you lost the shop employees business, our customers business(as referrals as we use to do detailing) and The Owners personal business with how unprofessional you handled this situation!! read more

I just had my 10 year old white Mazda 3 detailed by Excalabur. Even though it's older, the car is in great shape. Unfortunately, I drove down a side street that was freshly tarred. My car got sprayed up and down both sides, including my wheels, with tar. I thought I could remove it myself and after just a few minutes of rubbing realized it would take me weeks to do this and it probably wouldn't look good when I was finished anyway. I decided to look for a detailer who worked with tar. Excalibur popped up on Google. I wasn't familiar so I began reading reviews. The first few I read were from satisfied customers who were in the same tar situation I was in. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, and a lot of them mentioned the owner, Joe, and how great he was to work with. I called him this morning, he met me at my work at 10:00 and he gave me a fair estimate. I handed him my keys and he took my car. At 4:30 that same day he called and said he was outside my office with my car. I WAS DELIGHTED! His team did a fabulous job. It looked like new. I have a 2018 Honda Civic - a car of which I am rather fond of. Throughout the spring / summer of this year, my car accrued some sap on the hood and roof from the trees above my assigned parking space at my apartment complex. My little siblings were looking to earn some money, and I told them I'd pay them to get the sap off my car while I went on some errands with my mom. When I returned, I saw that they had moved on from the microfiber towel and turtle wax spray to using a KITCHEN SPONGE on my car. The true damage was realized once we dried the car - the entire hood and roof, and some of the trunk were covered in light starches and scuff marks! I WAS HORRIFIED. I found Excalabur online and decided to come in due to the good reviews I had seen online. Joe and the team alleviated my stress and fears and took great care of my car! The three of them spent over 5 hours wet-sanding, buffing, and waxing my car, and brought it back to me looking a recognizably better condition. I cannot express enough how AMAZING these guys are. After local Sonic Delta Wash scratched my brand new bimmer so bad, that car needed a $1000 paint job, I came back to hand wash my cars myself. Then I found this place and I stopped messing with my cars cleaning whatsoever. I don't have a powerwasher so even if I go to DYS-car wash I always ended up with $15 spent not including paper towels, scrubbing bubbles, fast wax, etc. Some may say that I just don't know how to wash a car in the first place, but perfectionists would know what am I talking about. Not mention time spent. $10 for a hand wash is a pure bargain. The closest shitty touchless automatic car wash will cost like $6-$8. Then you have to wipe it dry and scrab those damn bug stains and rims for an hour or so. Usually, I don't leave a yelp reviews, unless the place pissed me off enough, but I would be really really upset seeing this place shutdown or went out of business and this is a main reason I'm writing this. I know, that hand wash takes a bit more time but still go there and stop to abuse your vehicle's clearcoat. I hope this review was helpful. read more

I'm a Over the Road Driver/Car Transporter and detailing is very important to me as well as our clients. Excalabur Detailing, was very professional and did a awesome job with detailing the vehicles we brought to them. They paid very close attention to some of the troubled area and/or concerns. They also did other work like replacing one of the vehicles missing antennas, that saved me time from going to the dealership. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism. I've experienced other car wash/details shops and was not pleased at all they where more concerned about quanity and not quailty. Unlike Excalabur Detailing, they focus on quaility and there work speaks for itself. They will always have my business, and I will also refer our clients and other driver to them as well. I have been bringing my cars to Joe Martini for about a year... Last month I went in for a complete detail on my Black Impala it came out looking so amazing better than the first day in the show room!! So I decided not to drive the car for a couple of weeks, the first day I drive it someone bumps my rear bumper and spider webs the whole left side. Excaliber fixed, repainted it, and wet sanded the whole car looks great again! These guys are professional period..do not take your car to a touch car wash and scratch the paint again after they already fixed it. Awesome service. Excellent job. All that at a great price. They did full detailing inside and out on my Nissan Rogue with tan plush seats. When I came to pick it up it looked like brand new. Seriously. I couldn't believe it. Jaw dropping- literally. I have an almost two year old girl and I have to say that it was messy at times in the car. But everything was cleaned professionally and there was no sign from the spots. Best part is Joe (the owner) uses non-toxic detergents for the cleaning. So you don't have to worry about inhaling toxic fumes. Especially if you have kids. I had a seafood incident in February. I managed to get the smell out however I used several different type of cleaners which left a big stain on the passenger seat. After deciding on Excalabur I finally brought my SUV to Joe last week, I decided to have the whole interior detailed and am so glad I did. WOW - not only did Joe get all the stains out of the passenger seat, my Rogue looks like it came off the showroom floor. I will definitely be bringing my car back to have the exterior detailed. We took our van in on a Saturday at 4:30 in the afternoon. Joe the owner said it would take about four hours and would get it done tonight. I was a little weary of this since they close at 7. Joe and his guy's stayed until they got it done, it was 10 :00 o'clock when we picked up our van. Outstanding service! Our van looks as good as it did when we bought it three years ago! We had a case of soda explode inside plus a bunch of doghair and normal wear and tear. Our van is with stow and go and they got into ever crevice of the van. Great job Excalibur Detailing! Brought my Ford F-150 in to get detailed. Told Joe exactly what I wanted, and he delivered in flying colors. The quality of work Joe and his team of guys exhibited in detailing my truck was elite. I've taken my previous cars to numerous detailers over the years and Excalabur detailing is by far the best and cheapest I've been too. Best bang for your buck. Joe also hooked me up with a wheel well coating. My truck has never looked better. I've been using Excalibur for sometime now and have waited to write a review. My experience thus far has been excellent. I drive a 2021 Lincoln Aviator and Excalibur's detailing is nothing short of amazing, with 3 kids and a dog this place has not failed me yet. Joe the owner is awesome at what he does, he's been more then accommodating when it comes to scheduling and any additional detailing. The products used by Excalibur has been one of a kind. This was the 3rd time to Excalibur Detailing. 1st was with my wife's car a birthday present for her. Very happy with how the car looked and they made me look good too. 2nd 2 years ago my car very happy. But as they say the 3rd time was the charm. My car had scuff marks from being sideswiped my an uninsured motorists. They really have experienced magicians working there. I brought my work truck ( Ford Transit) to Joe and his team . I had a very large amount of tar from the street all around the truck and the inside of the truck was very dirty from day to day construction. I picked up the truck and couldn't believe how great it looked. They got every bit of the tar off the exterior and the interior was like brand new. I have two typical, messy, little boys. Needless to say, car detailing is somewhat of a necessity at this phase in my life, at least when it comes to the family car. I know car detailing. These guys went above and beyond any detailing service I have ever received from any other shop. I can't recommend them enough, not just in terms of workmanship, but also overall friendliness. The quality of service and cleanness of the car was 100 times better than any detailing service I used/had before. Place is unclean the owner have all type off ppl there ppl who steal he let them do drugs in the shop when u get your car back it smell like weed. We have used Excalibur three times and all three times have been fantastic. we used Excalibur for two remote starts (2015 Cadillac ATS and 216 Hyundai Tucson) which were very reasonably priced and done very well with same day dropoff/completion. When I asked and said I may need to leave but I couldn't because I was blocked in (really couldn't go anywhere). Even though I was told I was next and was next in line, they began washing cars parked next to me! I was so frustrated but because I waited over an hour, I didn't want to leave without getting my car cleaned. Terrible communication but they really do a fantastic job on the car.

He will even walk you through the process and tell you what you can expect . He recently did one of my cars I picked up a few months ago (the paint really needed some attention). The results were fantastic!! I like to give a good wax/polish job the old towel test. To see how smooth the finish is on a vehicle, toss a clean soft towel on the hood. If it slides off, you've got yourself a great finish. If it sticks to the hood, well, it looks like you could use another coat. Needless to say, the towel ended up on the ground. Great work Luis! If you see some of his work on the website, you'll notice he's done a variety of cars, including some really high end automobiles. The best part is that he approaches every vehicle with the same amount of care. I will definitely be taking my business back!

I recently visited one of the best car washes I have experienced so far! They come very close to…read moreperfection, with just a few exceptions. Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

I really appreciate that you can schedule an appointment and comfortably wait while your car is being taken care of. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I actually go out of my way to bring my car here because the quality and service are just that good. Keep up the great work!

I told him I don't know how to get to the back?? So he told me to tell him the make and model number of my car and he would stand there and wave and direct me. What a nice man! They did a great job, two guys spray and soap down your car. You go thru and 4 guys wipe it dry. This is my go place from now on. I'm going to tell my 3 daughters to go here and anyone else that asks the best thing is nothing touches your car!
