Very attentive and communicative office - even if you get their AI helpline because they are busy on their line, just disconnect and they will get back to you! Despite the limited hours, they will work to get you in within the week, I find their service very efficient and accommodating. I am still under treatment with them at this time- they did not push anything that wasn't needed or cosmetic whatsoever (always appreciated because sometimes any medical office can go overboard with the over-selling to profit off naivety so always stop and ask questions BEFORE considering or consenting) and their treatment plan / prices were reasonable but thankfully I have dental insurance to help. This review could take years to complete because of the complexity of the work done at this office. I have met enough dentists along my dental journey to know that this is my forever dentist. I arrived with YEARS of poor (traumatic) dental work in my mouth. It was to the point I needed nitros (laughing gas) just for an exam. I had learned not to expect any sort of easy conclusions. It was similar by the time I got to Dream Dental. It wasn't going to be cheap. Or easy. The difference: THE STAFF. Each and every human that works at Dream is the best at what they do. Even after knowing I could not afford the work I needed, I got a text the next day with some creative (and generous) suggestions. Debbie suggested alternate funding options and I got the loan I needed for half of the work I needed. That was three weeks ago and I've already had the first stage of the work done and had my follow up. Dream Dental tried to steal over $2000 from my father. My father was a patient of Dr. Benajmin and put a deposit down for $5000 but after some treatment we decided to switch him to another dentist. When I asked Dream Dental to give back the money not spent, they said all the money was spent. I believed them, but later when I asked for an itemized bill, there were suspicious charges. The bill listed two crown procedures that were never done and an unspecified charge over one thousand dollars for a total of $3000. When I questioned them about these charges, they could not answer for them and refused to give back more than $1000 dollars. I had to threaten to sue them before they gave back around $2000. I'm grateful I got that much back, but be forewarned. read more

Here's my Dream Dental nightmare: While totally pleased with the result of a complicated dental procedure done at this location by a very competent dentist, I need to share the nightmare of my experience with Dream Dental balance-billing, which was done in an unprofessional manner and totally unfair to me. My procedure was done in March. As requested, I paid thousands of dollars upfront, the total amount which - per estimate - was supposedly my share. It was assumed that my insurance would cover the rest. As a retired federal employee, I have one of the best dental coverages on the market: no lifetime limit, an annual limit of $30,000, covering implants at 50%, no wait, no deductible. In late fall, Dream Dental started billing me hundreds of dollars for alleged "balance", supposedly past due for over 90 days. That was news to me. The bill did not specify what exactly that balance was for, so for the next few months, I made several attempts to contact Dream Dental to have them review my alleged outstanding balance. I called, mailed letters, emailed them, and offered to go talk to them in person (a 1-hour drive from my house). I got no response. Finally, I went there and wrote them a check for hundreds of dollars that I did not owe. Why? Because I am not a deadbeat and since they refused to write it off, I feared they would send it to collections. Still, I know I have been wronged and balance-billed because their estimate was not just slightly off but hugely different from what they originally told me when they knew full well what the insurer would and wouldn't cover. Had I known about that several-hundred-dollar difference, I might have chosen a different option or a different provider. They kept me in the dark, only to start sending monthly demands for more money, which I find highly unethical. I recommend that you get informed beforehand and then choose wisely where to have expensive procedures done unless you don't mind getting taken for a ride. Dream Dental managed to squeeze those additional few hundred dollars out of me, but they got one ticked-off customer who - after learning a painful lesson - will not be returning. Wish I can give a much higher rating: I drove all the way from Phoenix, AZ because my general dentists could not do a molar root canal for my son in AZ on memorial weekend. the specialist they sent him to could not see him till next week on Thursday. he was in deep agony and could not wait a week. Not only did Dr Benjamin perform the molar root canal, he found another tooth that needed a root canal - and this was all done under IV sedation. My son and I were so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and we cant thank him enough for the help he provided. My son can't remember much, thankfully ,due to the IV sedation. Here's my story, saw Dr Benjamin today for an extraction and an implant... Are you afraid of going to the dentist? Worried about the pain associated with drills, needles and clumsy personnel? God, I am. I'm one of those people who has had a lot of emergency dental experiences. Toothaches have been a part of my life since I was 16... I'm 60 now. What can I say... rough genetics. Enuring to your benefit, I've had a lot of experience in the dental chair. I've got roughly $80,000 into my mouth so far. Crowns, implants, root canals... you name it... I've had it. I've had great dentists, good dentists and awful dentists. My feeling about dentists, right or wrong, is that they are generally all fairly competent professionals. Of course, there are bad ones out there and there are great ones, too... in terms of skill level. But generally, aside from a modicum of skill or experience separating their abilities, it often comes down to whether they are warm, accessible, kind people or elitists affected by the dollars they earn and the DDS after their name. You know what I mean! This dentist, Dr. Benjamin, is a warm, friendly and caring person. It's obvious. He was gentle with me, sensing what a big chicken I am. Today I had a painful tooth extracted and an implant in its place. I felt zero discomfort... Dr Benjamin is conversational... He explains what's gonna happen... He's solid. He's organized, on time, makes important decisions early regarding treatment and... most importantly... HE DOESN'T SELL!!!! Never once tried to get me to do anything ridiculously expensive... and I could easily spend $40,000 on my mouth... lots of crowns that need replacing! He stuck to the reason I came in... the painful tooth. He explained my options and I decided what I wanted last week... Today, we took care of it. And it was easy... honest. Even filled out all of the consent forms online. Very convenient! Of course, I opted for the twilight sedation... very relaxing experience. I sort of remember the procedure, but not really. All I am left with is that the pain and bad tooth are gone and the implant is in... and I have only a tiny bit of soreness. Barely noticeable... no post procedure throbs. I was scared to do this. The pain motivated me to seek out a dentist. I would never in a million years go see a dentist without pain motivating me! I feel lucky to have found a very nice guy with very strong dentistry skills to take care of my problem. I interviewed/saw 3 other dentists last week before deciding on Dr Benjamin. I liked his manner. I liked his training and experience. Naturally, I looked him up ahead of time. I got a great feeling after meeting him and having been examined by him. So I finally started my journey to ZirTeeth implants with Dr. Benjamin. I've been putting this off for years hoping to stop my bad tobacco chewing habit before committing when now I realize starting the process was the motivation I needed to quit. The procedure was painless for the most part due to their sedation dentistry. I was asleep for the extractions and implant installs and went home with a temporary set of teeth that looked 100% better than what I walked in with. The next day on my follow up appointment they had an even better set of temporary teeth for me that look and felt awesome. We will keep perfecting things until we install my permanent ZirTeeth in about 4 months after everything has healed. The Dream Dental staff and Dr. Benjamin were awesome through the process so far. Very caring, answered all of my questions and were very professional. Both my wife and I are Dr. Benjamin's patients at Dream Dental, and we feel so lucky to have found this dental office through extensive search. Dr. Ilya Benjamin is by far the best dentist we've ever met. We both have quite a few problem teeth that require treatment, and Dr. Benjamin suggested that we get dental implants after a very informative free consultation with initial examination during which he explained in exhaustive details about the implant procedures. We were very much impressed with Dr. Benjamin's professional knowledge and amiable personality, and agreed to get the implants. During the several months thereafter, we made a couple of trips to the dental office and were cordially greeted by his friendly staff, and were promptly called in at the scheduled time. The office is super clean and the equipment looks very modern with advanced technology. They have scanners that can find cavities and pockets deep inside the gum, and they use the computer to make precise impressions for the crown instead of using the old-fashioned putty-like compound. Dr. Benjamin's chairside manner is equally impressive. While initiating a small chat with us to soothe our nervousness, he would explain what he was going to do and ask if we felt pain or sore. He was very gentle at each step of extracting the bad teeth and placing the metal implants, and we had crowns installed about four months later. We didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. We've really enjoyed working with Dr. Benjamin to get our dental health well taken care of by a competent and knowledgeable dentist. I have known Dr. Benjamin for many years now. He has been helping me and my family for a long time. His new office on Sahara is very state of the art. It is welcoming, it is a rare dental office that doesn't set off anxiety when you have a dental appointment. He did a couple implants for family members. He has a nice surgical suite, and checked in pre and post surgery to make sure all of our questions were answered prior, and then post surgery- would make it a point to call and text. Great dental office! I've gone to Dr. Benjamin to have him check the work done by other dentists and now I've switched over to him. He is an experienced prosthodontist (which requires more schooling than a regular dentist) and I fully trust his opinion and evaluations. He has had to now replace 2 crowns done by other dentists and listened to my wishes to try to save my tooth that had broken under a crown instead of just extracting it and putting in a dental implant. He might cost more (I'm not positive) because he's a dental specialist but now I don't care because I've had to pay more for him to redo the work done by regular dentists. read more

I had the absolute BEST Dental experience at Dream Dental. My old bridge came out and needed replacement so I needed a root canal along with a new bridge. On June 25, 2020 I had a great exam and consultation with Dr. Benjamin. I felt important and was given the attention that was needed. Sammie took time to answer all of my questions about my services and I felt very educated on the process I needed. I had my appointment with sedation on July 9, 2020. Samantha made me feel very calm and relaxed before my procedure and MJ took care of me after my procedure. Dr. Benjamin has gifted hands and did an excellent job. I was asleep and did not feel anything. To top it off, Dr. Benjamin HIMSELF actually called me that evening to see how I was doing.
