I don't think they actually have a cleaning service. The staff are very rude and the dentist and hygienists are not very accommodating to autistic children. They get very impatient. My child is very sensitive to smell and I thought we were gonna get sick from how bad the whole place smells. Aren't dentists offices supposed to be sterile. Why would it smell so bad if they have someone cleaning. We won't be going back unless this address. I have repeatedly brought the smell issue up to everyone and they just ignore it. How do you work at a place that smells that bad? I am still not sure of the type of care received. They wouldn't repeat what they were saying and I am deaf in one ear.

He warms up to her so quickly because she turns everything into a game and she is so sweet to him. She is very attentive and caring. The way she speaks to us, keeps track of little details of our family and relates to us is just a little bit of what sets her apart from the rest. There are lots of toys for the kids to play with, a TV mounted to the ceiling for the kids to watch their favorite show during the brushing. She makes herself seem more as a friend than as a dentist and we all leave each visit happy!

The initial phone call was very simple and I was able to schedule an appointment for an initial visit and cleaning and they also emailed the documents to complete prior to my visit so that I could be prepared beforehand. When we arrived, there was plenty of parking available outside. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk and were able to quickly check-in and hang over our paperwork. The kids were able to play with the toys and they lit up once they saw the gaming space (one tv had Minecraft and the other had a Super Mario game.) Every single dental assistant and hygienist was VERY friendly and just so sweet and welcoming. They were so kind to my 3 year old daughter who joined me for the appointment and even included her (she has never been to a dentist just yet). Dr. Shoemaker is awesome! So bubbly and friendly, he came in and greeted us, started chatting with my son and instantly made him feel comfortable. We never once felt rushed or out of place. It was very warm and happy experience for both of my kiddos! My son's cleaning and exam was successful, then they allowed both kids to pick out a prize and even gave them balloons. They were ecstatic! Check-out was very simple and I was able to schedule our next appointments. They provide both text reminder and email reminder about appointments. Absolutely recommend 10/10. They always work with me and my kids on communication and strategies to make things run as smoothly as possible. They are always calm and patient. I couldn't ask for more. The last time I went for a cleaning they asked if my insurance had changed. it had not and when I was leaving they said you are all set, as was normal. I then received a bill for $160. I called and was then told, after the fact, that my insurance was not acceptable now. they also charged me a late fee even though I received the bill that same day.
