What I was charged during the time of booking on 8/15. 1 of 2 cars.

I booked w/ Dream Exotics expecting a high-end, bucket-list rental experience. What I got was a mess of lies, manipulative upselling, bait-&-switch tactics, & hidden fees--all wrapped in luxury branding that means nothing when the company has zero integrity. I reserved a Ferrari 488 Spyder & a Lambo Huracan for a 4 hr. rental. My original out-of-pocket expectation was around $1,500 for two cars, based on their quote & deposit. When I arrived, I was told the Ferrari was "in maintenance" & not available. They pushed me into taking a Lambo instead, claiming it was an "equivalent vehicle." This was an obvious bait-&-switch tactic designed to shuffle inventory w/out accountability. When they started running the numbers, my total shot up to over $4,500--triple what I was originally told. Between sneaky fees, "optional" add-ons, insurance pressure, & fuel charges, the price became totally outrageous. When I brought up the discrepancies in billing & questioned the added charges, I was met w/ vague answers like "that's standard". At no point was any of this made clear before the booking was performed. When I asked for a refund, they didn't take it well. Instead of addressing the dishonesty, they tried to manipulate me, saying "what would you like to pay?"--as if this was a negotiation. They refused to refund me outright and kept trying to salvage the deal by cutting down some fees. By that point, the red flags were everywhere, & I wasn't willing to risk getting deeper into a situation that was clearly built on lies. I was told there was unlimited miles but after i got the receipt for the deposit, it showed a 50 mile cap. I called & spoke w/ George, who told me the mileage cap "didn't apply." When I arrived, the blonde woman assisting me contradicted him, saying it absolutely did apply, and extra miles were $6 per mile. When I pushed back, she said, "I'll help you out & throw in 25 miles." What in the world! a 4 hr. rental w/ a cap @ 50 miles? Tell me its a scam w/out telling me its a scam! They asked if i wanted a second driver- I said sure with the assumption its free of charge. When it came to signing, the blonde woman indicated it will be an extra $250 just to add a driver so we declined. She again played it off & said I will help you out and charge only $50. That's not help--that's just spinning the lie to make it sound like a favor. We were told not to pump gas because the Lamborghini "requires 93 octane" that's only available at the airport. So instead, they automatically charge a $199 fuel fee, which was never disclosed in advance. There was also an unexplained $4 fuel charge just randomly added to the bill. The blonde woman also tried to push insurance, telling me "Nevada is a no-fault state." That's an outright lie! Nevada is a fault-based state, meaning whoever is at fault in an accident is financially responsible. She then warned if we drove to 7 Magic Mtns., rocks might hit the windshield, and if anything happened, we'd owe daily fees while the car is in the shop, up to the full vehicle value of $75k. All of this was an attempt to scare us into buying unnecessary insurance by exaggerating risk and twisting the law. FINAL THOUGHT: NOT WORTH IT. THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUSLY DISHONEST. You'll be misled, overcharged, & manipulated at every turn.

I was initially hesitant to rent from Dream Exotics in Las Vegas due to the bad reviews I had seen online, but I thought most complaints were likely from people who didn't have adequate insurance or didn't understand the charges. To ensure I wouldn't run into any issues, I called the owner directly before booking to clarify exactly what fees would apply at checkout. He explicitly told me that the only additional charge would be taxes of 22%, which seemed reasonable given my remaining balance of $2,498 after the non-refundable $500 deposit. My private insurance is top-tier and fully qualified, so I didn't need any supplemental coverage, nor did I require any pickup or drop-off services. Fast forward to the day of my reservation. When I arrived, I was blindsided by a slew of unexpected fees that ballooned the total to a staggering $7,400. I was shocked--this was nowhere near the $3,100 I had been expecting (balance + taxes). After I pushed back and said I wasn't going to proceed, the owner removed some of the fees, but I was still stuck with a total of $4,800. Among the ridiculous charges on the screen were a 37.2% luxury car tax and an 8.99% credit card fee, on top of other questionable fees. At this point, I felt completely trapped. This was my wedding weekend, and I had my heart set on a Ferrari for the big day. Unfortunately, renting another exotic car through Turo wasn't an option because I had already used my account to rent a Range Rover SVR for my fiancée. Feeling I had no other choice, I reluctantly paid the inflated $4,800. But the nightmare didn't end there. When they brought the car out, it was a massive disappointment. The convertible button was faulty, the frunk wouldn't open, and the interior looked nothing like the pictures online--there were cracks and wear and tear everywhere. On top of that, the brakes were squeaky and felt unsafe while driving. In hindsight, I deeply regret renting from Dream Exotics. I should have let them keep the $500 deposit and gone with Turo instead. My brother recently found an Aston Martin on Turo for $230 a day, and there are Bentleys for $299, McLarens for less than $600, and Lamborghinis as well--all in much better condition and with none of these outrageous hidden fees. The owner of Dream Exotics comes across as a slick talker, the kind of person who operates like a "wise guy." He lied to me on the phone, only to hit me with deceptive fees at the last minute, banking on my time constraints and lack of other options to force me into overpaying. It's shameful and predatory. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial hit--rent from Turo or anywhere else. Dream Exotics is a scam, and I'll never rent from them again. Here's a screenshot of my reservation to show the so-called "50% off deal" I booked, which clearly wasn't worth it.

Car was great but !!BEWARE!! They list a price like $999 but last minute when you are getting the car... you won't be out the door for less than $3,300 once they add their "taxes and fees" like a 9% credit card fee (which is illegal). (I guess you could save on that with cash) If you are prepared to spend $3-4,000 for 24hrs this place has some bad ass cars and we absolutely loved the 488. Just know the website price is a bait and switch and you can get the same cars for a lot less with companies that list more realistic prices and don't have 200% taxes and fees.

After posting the review and only after it, I obtained refund from the manager. To be truthful he requested that I remove the review, but I am providing an update. They tried swindling me with deceptive marketing strategy and wasted hours of my time. Another reason they are eager to delete this review is upcoming Netflix show featuring this place... Here is my experience: An egregious and terrible bait and switch! Not sure if my experience is typical but certainly will ensure that I never set foot in their business again! In a nutshell I showed up to rent Mercedes S550 for advertised $299. I showed in person and asked about it and they said yes that is the price. They took $250 deposit and said the rest will be charged at the time of rental. Well on a day of rental they gave me a paper to sign indicating total amount for 1-day rental of $700+. I understand rental car companies charge fees but 130% markup from advertised price? Come on guys. Do I really look drunk or stupid? I refused to rent the car under that price told them how disappointed I am on bait and switch and asked for refund. At the moment of writing this review they have not refunded me the money so I will have to dispute with the credit card company. All in all-instead of enjoyable experience this was a headache. Besides bait and switch, these guys will call your insurance companies, increase your coverage in case that you crash their cars. Manager bragged about how many wrecked cars they have while employee told me that they will sue customers who wreck the cars for lost business....really everything goes in Vegas....

Started out great!! I called 2 months in advance to rent a car for our trip in Vegas. We wanted a Lamborghini and I was told they had reserved a purple one just for us. I was quoted $799 and paid a $500 deposit. I asked about insurance and they told me my coverage would cover the rental. I asked for details bc I didn't want to run into any hiccups and they reassured me that my insurance plan. Would cover the rental and that they would verify again on the day of arrival. They also told me that they would arrange free shuttle to and from our hotel. I never heard from them so on the day of I asked how to schedule a pick up. They had a worker come and get us. 1st), upon arrival we're notified our purple Lamborghini had service issues. Not the end of the world --we just wanted a Lamborghini or Ferrari--but unfortunately they had none at all bc they were all being serviced. They said we could have a beat up Mc laden or a corvette LOL. So ok I guess mclaren it is... 2nd) they tell us insurance does NOT cover to cost of lost revenue should they need to have the car repaired. They estimated a daily revenue value of $1000 and could charge up to $75,000 should repairs take that long. That fact that all their cars were being repaired or serviced was a huge red flag!! 3rd) mileage is $6/ mile over 50 miles. Not terrible--I assumed we'd have to pay a ton on mileage. Our estimated trip to Hoover damn and back would cost about $600 with their mileage discount plan. Eh ok. 4th) they give me my final bill. So again over the phone I was told I would only owe the remaining $299 after by $500 deposit. They didn't tell me about their business fees totally an additional $1270. So in total it would be $1270 + $600 mileage fee, +500 deposit and about $200 in taxes totaling well over $2600 with basically no coverage if we get in a fender bender. We literally just wanted the car for like an hour for a fun ride. Lastly, The kicker. I asked for a discount bc it wasn't even the car we wanted AT ALL. I had no interest driving a mclaren. They said they'd give us $100 off. I declined and they kept our $500 deposit as expected. But then those MFers wouldn't even shuttle us back to the hotel! We walked half a mile and caught a cab. So so so dishonest and shady!!! These people are professional scammers. If it would been my purple mambo I would've paid all the extra fees but to put me in a car that looked scuffed and beat to hell anyways!? These people got some bad karma coming to them.

The show room is amazing. I have been here before twice so this will be my third time. I always ask for Aspen as she is really low pressure but really knows her cars. Aspen recommended the Scenic loop at Red Rock and cruising down the strip at night. My brother and I still talk about it. If you're looking to rent an exotic car I don't think anyone else has their inventory.

The direct quote they sent me via email. I showed them this when I arrived in person and it was completely irrelevant.

terrible, terrible bait and switch experience with this company. We called and received a quote (which we also have in writing) of $600 for a 4 hour rental. they ended up charging us $1600!! They will not provide a receipt. Please read the reviews for these scammers. TripAdvisor and Yelp have many people who they have scammed. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (which, shocker, they are t accredited by). read more

Anne, Mookie & Myka were absolutely amazing! They all had extremely high energy and made us feel like family as soon as we entered the establishment. We all joked, laughed and had a great time as we waited to get the vehicle covered with our insurance. This is our 2nd time renting from Dream Exotics. I was skeptical about how easy the process was just waiting for a catch..there wasn't one! This was such an easy process and it's backed with a experience of a lifetime. I rented for 24 hours and I was in the office to driving away in a Ferrari within 15 minutes. The staff was super cool and willing to help anyway possible, even giving the option to switch out the car for something else if I decided the one I rented just wasn't for me! From my experience I will always talk highly of this company and I will definitely be back again! read more

Let me start out by saying i understand this is a business. But this young kid dark hair treats people like trash. Was rude and acted extremely disrespectful. The way he spoke to me and my my insurance blew my mind. Plenty of places to rent a nice car with less of a condescending vibe. Do not recommend. Also fees here add up. They tell you one price. Definatly a great place to rent an exotic car! Despite the long wait for insurance confirmation and added up fees, the customer service was really decent! It was my first time driving an exotic and I always dreamed of driving one. I came to this place because this was the only place in Las Vegas that rents to ages 21+. Though it should be noted they do charge an underage fee like any car rental company to those under 25. I rented a Lambo Huracán and I took it to the Union Pacific Arden Yard, Lake Las Vegas, and the Strip. Not to mention, they were nice enough to add 15 more free miles as a new customer and due to the long wait. Would defiantly come here again! read more

Update - it's quite clear the owner Vic Tyagi gets extremely upset when someone leaves a negative review, as seen by all of his comments. Your posts on Facebook in my pics below show you were offering the discounts up until today, March 31st. You should run your business better and be up front with your customers. Your business was clearly open up until today when you just posted the screenshot below on Instagram. It's a shame you do not own up to your poor business habits. They were advertising all over Facebook with posts of $500 for any car for 24 hours for locals. Ended up setting up to rent one for the day...figured there would be some taxes and what not, but overall thought it would be around $600 at the most, which would be a pretty fair deal based on the whole Covid - 19 going on and how more than half of Las Vegas was laid off. Met at the facility and was ready to take care of payment. The guy showed me how its originally $1299 to rent the vehicle, but due to the whole coronavirus thing and business being shut down and slow, I had the local $799 discount. Well...somehow the total equaled over $1300! Nothing but hidden fees. $250 facility fee, 5% credit card fee(I was paying cash), $150 gas fee(which you just have the fill the gas back to the place you got it at...doesnt make sense), about 3-5 different taxes. I can assure you, with what's going on in the world today, there are ZERO locals going there based on a $500 ad(screenshots posted) and walking out of there paying over $1300. You look everywhere else around town...there are deals with Covid-19 going on. A very large portion of their business is tourism and it is going to slow down for a very long time. I really hate to leave a negative review like this, but I feel anyone going to this place needs to look elsewhere before wasting time. It was such a big letdown and disappointment. There is not one place you can go where they advertise one price and when all said and done, it is almost 3 times the cost. Even the airlines that advertise 29$ one way...that flight still doesn't come to double the advertised cost after fees. I should've read the negative reviews before and saved myself the time wasted. read more

Extremely unprofessional, bought a groupon as gift. We then called to schedule a rental for Saturday and they said we needed to wait 48 hours to pre book, which was fine. So we call today, which was 48 hours in advance and spoke with Vic and he stated they were all booked up for Saturday. So I ask him, are you saying everyone booked them up this morning? He said no, his priority is people that will rent for 3 days not for a groupon. So I asked him, why he wouldn't state that on his groupon and he said "it is on there and?" First off, it's not " on there " and to finish a sentence saying " and? " is so unprofessional and condescending. So basically if you have a groupon good luck booking because you are the least of Vic's priority :) read more

I'd never recommend doing business with this company unless you get things in writing. The day of my rental they come up with every reason to not rent me the vehicle that was reserved over eight months ago! Also, they are willing to change their policies for some but others... Overall, I had an amazing price that was provided to me by Jerry and now Mike see's he can make more money renting out verses keeping his word " I will not ruin your wedding". I'm going to make the most of the day and find a back up. However, I will be filing with the AG's office to file a grievance involving unfair practice, which I can provide and give the date it occurred. I have tons of friends in the industry and they all agree its something they could have worked out if they wanted too! read more

If you're looking to rent an exotic vehicle- look no further!! Dream Exotics is IT! This past weekend, my fiancé and I travelled to Vegas for the first time- for his birthday. For weeks we were trying to figure out what to do about getting a rental and what kid of car we wanted to get. Then it dawned on us- YOLO, let's get an exotic car. So I started googling- what pops up?? DREAM EXOTICS! The fleet they have to offer is f'n outstanding! We instantly gravitated to the Lamborghini Urus for his bday on the 5th and wanted to swap for the S550 for the other days. I did the reservation online for the Urus and got a call within an hour- it was so easy! I called back a day later to add the Benz and again- smooth and friendly service! When we got there, they had cars lined up- Lamborghini's, Aston Martin's, Rolls Royce's, McLaren's and a Bentley Bentayga- I mean absolutely stunning. The showroom floor is so dope- the graffiti art is amazing. Andre (freaking amazing) showed us the cars and showed us the Bentayga with the champagne red interior and I had to get that one for the night. Even with the last minute change, they accommodated us and made it happen. The next day we switched out to the Urus and it was a smooth transition- it was even ready before our scheduled pick up time. We ended up keeping the Urus for the duration of the trip with no problem at all The cars are so clean and nice & The service was impeccable! I want to thank Andre, Mike, Jonathan and the rest of the Dream Exotics team for making my fiancé's birthday EPIC!!! read more

The 24 hour rental is definitely worth it but it's hArd to let it go back once you have it that long. Take a Lambo, Ferrari, or a McClaren out and you'll be in heaven. We had a blast! read more

WOW!@ Where do I begin? From the airport pick up to the cars viewing at the warehouse, nothing but pleasure and I feel like a million bucks with their treatment. Vic, the manager was very courteous; he offered snacks ,drinks and work lounge while I waited for the paperwork. It's like being in a candy store with over 16 of these beautiful exotics to choose. The whole experience was 10+ and driving the Ferrari feels like a rock star. Vic even booked for both of us passes to a famous nightclub and set both of us up with a spa package. We decided to rent the car for the whole week....service exceed our expectations. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RENTING FROM DREAM EXOTICS!!!! I rented from dream exotics back in July and haven't posted a review until now because I was afraid they would charge my credit card without my permission and I'd have to deal with that, that is the level of sketchy this company is. I rented two cars from them and both were over $1000 more out the door than what is quoted online!! When I brought the cars back they said a check engine light was on in one of the cars and if we didn't pay them $450 right then through the phone they would take us to court and make us pay more, I asked what was wrong with the car and they called me an idiot, threatened me and said I don't know how to drive as well as refused to tell me what was wrong with the car. The customer service was that rude the entire time. They claimed they charged me $150 for 93 octane gas, they only gave me 3/4 of a tank and I saw them after my rental filling the car with 91 and their total was $50. Not a fan of the people or service this Agency provides. The online pricing is not the exact price you pay, they'll charge you extra when it comes to finalize the deal. I got recommended here through one of the workers & got told I was in for a great deal. Tried communicating with upper "management" for a week to get a deal going. I talked to Kenny , then his "Assistant Joanne" After talking to 3 different people I noticed I wasn't getting any sort of deal. $799 for a 24 he rental turns into $1200 after fees. They promote luxurious pick up in a bust down early 2000's Hummer H2 which is a total neck breaker. Rule of thumb, just because they have a decent amount of vehicles, doesn't mean they do a great job! I ended up not doing a deal with them. I ended up discovering a Rental Agency APP called "CarHopper" where there's a wide selection of vehicles with all the fees included. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and settled. They got me a Custom Ferrari 458 Italia for 28 hours for $809.00 out the door Through Diplomat. No deposit required if you have full coverage insurance, no hidden fees! Amazing customer service & they'll price match anybody! This is the service everybody should be receiving. Such a cool experience. My boyfriend rented the Lamborghini Spider for 24 hours. We cruised over to the Hoover Dam and took it up and down the strip (got lots of head turning, thumps up, and waving.) He has been looking at buying an exotic car and this was perfect to test one out. Mike was very hospitable along with all the other staff that we encountered. Decided on a whim to rent an exotic car for my last full day in Vegas. I had my heart set on a Lamborghini... but once I saw and sat in the Ferrari FF I knew that was the car I wanted to drive. I spoke with Joanne on the phone and was in their showroom 15 minutes later. Joanne was super helpful in getting me squared away for the rental, and 15 minutes later I was driving onto the strip in a 650hp AWD V12 super car. It was quite an experience hearing the Formula 1 style exhaust sound bellow off the casinos, but the real treat was the next morning through the mountains. The FF's V12 really roars as it reaches it's 8000rpm redline, excitingly displayed with red lights across the top of the steering wheel, which also houses the selector for different driving and suspension modes. If you're on the fence about renting an exotic, do yourself a favor and pay the $10 taxi ride to their showroom (or have them pick you up, they offer a free shuttle). It's a beautiful sight in itself, millions of dollars of supercars, exotics, and ultra luxury vehicles under one roof... all of which you can rent. Take a moment to sit in a few of them, and the staff will show you just how attainable it is to rent one. They've made a returning customer out of me, go and discover for yourself why that is. read more

Okay! So my sister and I went here to rent out an SL 550! We didn't know much about our process to rent out but everyone was extremely helpful. This was by far the best costumer service we had our whole trip in Vegas. The staff was genuinely friendly. If you want to rent out a luxury car pls go here. They deserve the business! I've rented exotics from other companies before and this place was basically what I expected. The typical bait and switch, doesn't look as good as the pictures type deal that you get with anything in Vegas. Pros: -Got a better price on a Huracan Spyder 24 hour rental than with other companies -Free pick up and drop off -Got to pick the booking time I wanted -Didn't have to fill up with gas Cons: -They added on a bunch of fees when I got there. Even though they say on their website and over the phone that they don't have hidden fees (Facility fee, luxury fee, license & registration fee, detail fee) -The car was not clean when I picked it up. $45 charge to detail it for you while you wait. Overall it was a good deal but I had to haggle a bunch to make it work and that's just a hassle I'd rather not deal with next time I'm in Vegas. read more

This place is the worst place to rent a car from. They are crooks and rent cars that are not safe for the road. The cars look absolutely beautiful online. I rented the orange mcclaern. This car was falling apart. My last trip I rented a minivan and it's was hands down faster. At forst glance you don't see all the damage on this car. Ther drivers seat don't work. Car barely shifts. The vinyl wrap is all messed up. The rims have curb rash and there is a little bit of body damage on the car. I paid over 2k to rent this thing. I drove 5 mins away and called to return the car it was so bad. He only gives me a 1300 dollar refund and says he cant refund the other 700 as its states fees. This place is a bunch of crooks. First off, they got the wrong time on the pickup. Second, I got there and my car wasn't there. Third, we decided to take the urus and they wasted our time by telling us we need to call our insurance on labor day weekend. Then he tells us we don't need to after "making a call" and comes back saying we can do it but we would need to put the driver as my father because I am 21. So we agreed and when we came to the invoice it was over $3500 from $1600... Do not rent from them, they will try to use you. read more

Due to flight delays and shuttle traffic, we arrived at the rental center around midnight. We had booked a pickup truck but realized it didn't have enough storage, so we asked to switch to a car from the Presidential lane -- something that's never been an issue before. That's when we encountered Leanne (short woman with brown hair in kind of a Dora-type haircut), who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my fiancé politely asked, "Could you please check what my other options are?", she mocked him in front of everyone, saying, "Look at this guy -- he's begging me now." We were stunned. When we told her this kind of behavior is not okay, she smiled, gave us her name, and said "Feel free to complain on me" like she was proud of it -- then walked away as if she had done nothing wrong. We contacted Hertz Customer Service that same night. They apologized, promised to remove some charges, offer a free rental, and file an official complaint against her. Two months later -- nothing. No follow-up, no credits, and no accountability. Now my fiancé is on yet another hour-long call trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue. This was not just disappointing -- it was demeaning. For a company that prides itself on elite membership experiences, this was anything but. If she hates her job, she should do something else instead of ruining everyone's days and vacations. The car was clean with low mileage at pick up. We simply chose it because of its beautiful blue color, lol. Priorities!! 3 states in 5 days! The car was most definitely fuel efficient. We used less than $100 in gas! It was spacious for me... but not so much for my husband. It drove comfortably across the highways & through the tunnels. It did well in the desert heat, as well! Returning it was seamless, as well! We gave ourselves a little extra time as we had to drop off and take the shuttle back to the airport. For once, I can recommend a car rental location.... The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. Anyways apparently at Enterprise you must match the level of gas when you got the car as to when you return it. I returned it with more gas than what I started with. My recent encounter with Dream Exotics turned out to be far from the dream-like experience I had anticipated. The initial quote for a 24-hour rental was a seemingly reasonable $799, which required a $500 deposit, with a balance of $299 to be charged later. While the proposal seemed straightforward at first glance, the true colors of Dream Exotics soon began to emerge. Additional tax charges, including a 37% standard charge and 24% state tax, were not upfront disclosed but rather extracted after I took the initiative to call in and clarify. While these charges seemed steep, I was prepared to accommodate them. However, upon my arrival to collect the rental, I was confronted with unexpected and outrageous demands. Despite possessing a comprehensive insurance coverage, I was inexplicably told it was insufficient. In a classic bait-and-switch maneuver, Dream Exotics suggested a downgrade to a cheaper model while slapping on an outrageous surcharge of $2,000. To add to the woes, the quality of the Dream Exotics fleet was nothing short of abysmal. The interiors of the cars were woefully maintained, visibly worn out, and exuded an unpleasant, unbearable odor. What was meant to be a luxury rental experience quickly spiraled into a regrettable ordeal. In hindsight, the negative Yelp reviews from other disgruntled customers painted an accurate picture of Dream Exotics' deceptive practices and substandard service. I recently had a disappointing encounter with this company that left me completely dissatisfied with their values. Initially quoted $3000 for a three-day rental, I put down a $500 deposit and received an invoice of $2500 due upon arrival. To my surprise, the bill mysteriously skyrocketed to $8000 before miraculously dropping to $4000 upon arrival at the facility. A true dream come true!! My visit to Dream Exotics in October 19 fulfilled wishes I've had since I was a little girl! I started working when I was 14 years old with the dream of saving up for a car. My father asked me one day what car I was saving up for with my hard earned money. I proudly answered a Ferrari California! Unfortunately my dream of purchasing a Ferrari didn't come true but I did find Dream Exotics on my trip to Las Vegas! I drove my dream car here - THE Ferrari California!!! The staff here is impeccable and I truly did have the time of my life!! The owner sat me down and went through the numbers with me. They gave me an amazing deal with an impressive discount!! Nothing but fake reviews on thus account! We are not the type that leaves business one star reviews. But this business deserves it because they deal woth scamming marketing companies and what will make me know that this dealer isnt the same attitude. They sent over a rep from their dealership to look at vehicles and 5 minutes later for no reason they are doing nothing but spamming us with bad star reviews. Don't go getting your hopes up when you order a lambo or Ferrari. You will get what they give you on arrival or you will walk away sad like the several people did when I was there. Don't let the $999 price tag fool you! It came out to $2,700 after all of the hidden fees and several different taxes. They hope you feel trapped and know how far you traveled so they can pretty much do whatever they want, and do just that. Pretty and very nice receptionist and the cars are 100% awesome but the other 99% wasn't what you expect. Still fun to rip around in a Lambo though, lol. Choice is yours. read more

I was completely blown away by their customer service. They went into every detail no spots missed no hidden anything. By far the best customer service in Las Vegas. The rental I got was amazing and by far the best price in town and it was so worth it. If you're looking to rent a beautiful exotic car I highly recommend coming here. Stay away !!! Bait and switch .... My wife dealt with Jerry.... Booked a lambo for an event here in reno ..... agreed on unlimited mileage figure.... We drove from reno all night ..... owner or rude Arab guy was there and accused my wife of lying ..... they have not reversed my deposit ..... bad business and other rentals spoke negatively of this place ..... stay away buyers beware .... Will be filing a lawsuit for cost of photo shoot and time and costs involved for losses !! read more

I booked a Lamborghini Huracan on 2 days notice for 24 hours. My car was about an hour late getting in, (not their fault) and when it got there they quickly detailed it and got me on the road. Very little hassle. Cool easy to work with employees. Expect some heavy fees and taxes and definitely buy the $300 insurance. Overall well worth the money. If you're a young enthusiast like me, renting one of these will motivate you to work harder for the finer things in life. read more
