I have ordered more than 20 wreaths flowers from this florist that was recommended by someone at the funeral home (Rose Hill). I have been disappointed. I didn't get what I paid for which they asked for $180 for these quantities & the design , but other florists shop only charged between $120 to $150, and looks way better from this shop . I had long conversations with the florist owner about the value and expectations. They used half as many stems, and cheap filler flowers, which is the oldest trick, because they take up a lot of space. On the funeral day, I felt ripped off not only because of the numbers, and caliber of flowers but also because of the lack of design, especially, my name written on the ribbon was wrong. I called the florists. The first blamed that the florist owner admitted was the mistakes of their previouse employees. I She offered no other consideration. I would simply expect the florist to: 1. Tell the truth 2. Don't bait and switch 3. Don't use excuse for the mistakes 4. Don't forget to design 5. Offer recourse 6. Remember your job. We hire you to convey a feeling -- love, hope, gratitude, sympathy, joy -- through flowers. This shop I'll give ZERO if I can. read more

Just make sure upon deliver you check to make sure it's the type of flowers, color, not wilted. When i told them i cannot accept all these 3 issues, the owner said they were busy and no one ever complained. So they take advantage of your mourning and busy so they just deliver bad arrangements. Horrible quality! I've never seen funeral sprays constructed so poorly. Do NOT invest in this poor quality! The easels are not stable and flimsy. The flowers are arranged in an untidy manner, many empty spaces can be easily seen and fall out repeatedly. Cute lil shop on garvey ave, in Monterey park. I come here for my Hong Kong styled roses, which as you can see is beautifullll. As far as price idk but seems decent.. They have many different flowers as well and of course they do corsages, wedding bouquets, funeral flowers, n all that good stuff. I was planning to order flowers for my friend's graduation on the day of her graduation, but I forgot that some flower shops are closed Sundays. I panicked and called a couple that said they were open on yelp nearby, but no one picked up, which was frustrating. I decided to come here even though it was a bit further from my house because they picked up after one ring and agreed to prepare flowers for me on short notice. When I arrived, the Hong Kong roses were beautifully wrapped and the lady was very nice. 10/10 would recommend. I ordered a half dozen bouquet of pink colored Hong Kong roses wrapped in pink tissue paper and my friend love it. They also offer the flowers in other colors too if you're wondering. read more

I've gone to Dream Flower a few times because it's near my house and convenient for me. The leis are very attractive. I especially like the alternating purple and white lei. The price is affordable, especially compared to the $40 thin, single layer leis sold at universities during graduation. They also have Hong Kong roses, which are covered in glitter and look very impressive. I also saw potted orchids, which can be a nice gift. However, I did have a bad experience when ordering a bouquet. I wasn't sure what I had in mind and just wanted something nice for my mom. It was hard to communicate with the employees. The owner said, "Those are stock flowers! You need to choose other flowers!" I had no idea what stock flowers were and didn't know what she meant. She could have had a nicer attitude explaining what I needed to do. In the end, I did get a beautiful arrangement for my mom for around $55. You are better off coming here if you can speak Chinese. read more

was very unhappy with what happen on my wedding banquet. the item that was order came out to be the wrong colors and the flowers were "burn". not near fresh looking flower (they covered the flower that was like near dead and dry with few fresh one on top). we talked to the owner and they refuse to admit for the mistake and said that was the best they can do with the flower when we ordered the service 3 month in advance. Left after dropping off the flowers without setting them up. if you want your special day to be ruined then be my guest. highest recommend NOT to use them for anything special. BUT, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED on my wedding day!!! Flowers weren't fresh at all and most of flowers were burn. The backdrop's color wasn't the color I want, so I talked to Heidi. She said that was the color I ordered. I pulled out the receipt that she gave me on the other day (the list of everything I ordered and requested) to prove that I did tell her the color I want, and it was written on the receipt. Heidi gave me bad attitude, saying it was too late, she could not do anything about it. She didn't even apologize, she left right after. I was so pissed, what kind of service is that????????
