My Mom and I came here to order a flower spray arrangement for my aunt's funeral. I've driven by this florist shop on many occasions and never knew it was here. There is one spot with free 20 minutes parking right in front of the shop. As for parking on the rest of the street, I am not sure. Please read the street signs carefully. The lady who helped us was very friendly and welcoming. There were 3 set prices... $130, $160, $200. The difference between all 3 prices are the amount of flowers that will be on the spray. We chose the one @ $160 which is a great price. It will come with pink, lavender, and white flowers along with the string banner. You may choose the colors you want and they'll choose the flowers that correspond to the chosen colors. You may also have something written on the string banner as long as it fits. We paid cash for it. One of my other aunt also ordered from here same day. The lady waived the delivery fee since both of us ordered from here as a courtesy to us. Thank you so much miss! Joyce was great in helping us with some funeral arrangements. We were not able to go into the shop as we are from out of town, she did a nice job of communicating with us. The only hiccup was we had asked for specific things to be written on the banner and they were correct, but there were some words added before which made the saying seem strange. I came here with my mom to try to buy some funeral flowers and I didn't buy any because of the service. When we came in, the lady asked us how can she help us and my mom responded if she does any funeral arrangements. The lady replied with yes, but can you please sit over there so I can help you? With a tone that wasn't appropriated. As we discussed about our flowers, she was already taking info and asked about who it was for, she went straight to some pictures for the casket and I had to tell her oh we aren't looking for those kinds of flowers and florist took what I said and said well that's why I have pictures. She kept talking over me as I was trying to explain that we are looking for some standing ones because we are a guest to the funeral and her response was "well that's why I asked you who are these for" when I already told her who they were for. Not to be anything, but the customer service was so bad and it felt like she was trying to hustle me into buying flowers from her place and didn't listen to what I have said and kept talking over me. I left the place within 10 mintues. I don't know whether she is the owner or someone, a very rude and irrespective person. First, I asked to add some yellow flowers, then she asked for 5 bucks more. Ok I think it's fine. Then I told her I want the yellow paper to wrap the flower, she said yes. Then just use 2 tiny plastic and clear paper for outside. Looks so ugly. I would give them zero stars, but that's not possible. Horrible service and no effort in the flowers. We had showed them a picture of what we wanted for my grandma's funeral and they delivered a really crappy arrangement. The arrangement was sparse and the colors were tacky. After seeing it, we asked them to add more flowers and change the colors and they agreed. They delivered the flowers to the ceremony and did not change a thing. The were probably only a dozen flowers on this giant 4 ft by 3 ft arrangement. It was mostly made up of leaves and horribly dyed orange and white flowers. Not what we asked for at all. And the ribbon that they attached to the arrangement had the worst handwriting on it, written in Sharpie! They did not even write my grandmother's name as we asked. My 6 year old cousin has better handwriting than that. It was honestly pathetic. Thank goodness we had another beautiful arrangement done by Rose Hill cemetary or else it would have been a disaster. This complementary arrangement that they had provided for us had 10 times more flowers and was way more beautiful than what Lily Florist gave us. I do not recommend this place at all. Calling this florist after to comment about the service, they went ahead and yelled at us and hung up on the phone. Never come to this florist for anything. They are rude, disrespectful, and do not care about their customers. On such an important day, they were completely insensitive. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. i ordered a $50 basket of flowers as a thank you gift (with delivery fee it was $75). The pic on the website was beautiful and full. They sent a small vase of cheap flowers that you could have picked up at Walmart for $15!! Got one of their HK style roses which turned out really great! Will go back again in the future. Only downside (not really a con), is that it was kind of hard for me to spot the store. I ordered a "premium" level bouquet of roses and paid an extra $20 for it over what you would pay for the standard. I clearly received only the standard size bouquet. I called Lily's and told them about this and, at their request, sent them pictures of what I received (with a tape measure shown). This was to no avail. They simply denied any return of the higher premium price. I was not satisfied with what I received for my money and they did nothing to satisfy this and I will not be using them again. read more
