I enjoyed the massage, i just didn't like when she woke me up to go to the massage room to do back massage. Usually at other foot massage parlours you just turn over in chair and they massage the back right in the chair. I can tell you it had a real comfortable feel The lady who massage me English wasn't that good but there was someone there who assist with the translation. They are usually full so it's best to call ahead if you are on a schedule. They give you candy and a bottled water at the end. (Skip the candy, it's kind of gross). All of the workers are courteous and talk to at an unnoticeable whisper (during the rare times that they do talk) it was a very, very relaxing experience and I felt GREAT afterwards! The back massages take place in a curtained area; no rooms, just curtains but you don't get fully undressed so you should be fine. I give this place a four stars because They do in amazing job on your neck your shoulders and your back. For a full body massage they will place hot rocks with Chinese medicine oil on your back. It is very relaxing. I just don't like that they don't dedicate the time they do on your back to your legs they do very little time on your legs. I was disappointed with the massage I received last night. I understand the price increase due to the covid-19 as long as I received the same treatment I used to get. 40 min foot massage and 20 mintue back massage with "chinese medicine" and hot stones. 50 minutes for the foot treatment was too long and was uncomfortable, less then 10 minutes was spent on my back while I was sitting on a stool. I used to highly recommend them but I doubt I will be going back anytime soon. They didnt tell us about this change either. I heard about the hot stones that this place uses from someone and was really interested in trying it out. The price was $40 for a full body massage so you cant beat that! i got in really fast and the lady had me undress. i asked her a question but we were having a hard time communicating so that was pretty annoying. She started to massage me and when she laid her hands on me they were freezing!! first disappointment. As it is, it was already cold in there and even more so without any clothes! it stared out nice and felt really good until she went towards the middle of my back and started digging her elbows in me. That did not feel good at all. She was just about done and decides to ask if i wanted 30 more min for an extra $20. I said no thank you ill just stick to the $40, she said ok. By the time she was almost done a man walked in asking for a foot massage and wanted a lady to do it. She quickly yelled out in her language she will do it im assuming because she then started rushing through me and pulled the blanket off and said "all done!" i was like ok??? sitting there freezing still mind you. As i got dressed and went out to pay she was saying she massaged me for an extra 30 min for free. I said thank you and she just stood there as if i was supposed to pay her more. i gave her my money and she looked at me confused. Cons only one employee speaks English if any so hard to communicate. If I want the massage therapist to put more pressure I do hand signals. I tipped twice the amount I normally do because their service was so awesome. Got One old, skinny lady do massage, she did a very unprofessional job. Her fist was press hard on my neck, and heard a crack. And hurt couple time on my back,I said do lighter couple times, but she didnt know English well so she did a tough, hard massage. Her hands are thick, rough and cracks, when she tough my skin, i felt so eowww. The hole on the chair where I out my face in smelled so bad and rough. Worst massage ever. My masseuse kept doing the same technique over the same spots of my back over and over, was kind of disappointed because I asked for neck/shoulder/back and didn't get much attention paid to my neck or shoulders, mostly my lower back. I usually NEVER leave bad reviews, but wow this was the worst experience ever. I've been here several times and for $20 it was good. Not the best but it was $20 bucks. But today I came in and I would not have paid even $5 for this. First off, they have to do 20 mins of your back and 40 mins of the foot part. This time it was just about half of each. While he was massaging my back, the whole time he was texting and yelling out having a causal conversation with someone in another room. (Mind you people go here to relax not hear yelling). Many times I told him to be a bit more gentle because he was being way to rough and not using enough oil it literally was so painful I had to pull myself away at one point. When he was massaging my arm, he would grab it so abruptly and when he was done he LITERALLY would just throw it down and move on to the next part. I understand they are busy, but I'm paying money for a service I would expect they would be considerate that people come in to relax, not to be so uncomfortable they never want to come back which is exactly what I'll be doing.
