Really enjoy coming to this place. I don't see a particular person when I come here but everyone that I've seen has done a really good job. I usually come between 12-2 in the afternoon and I've never had to wait to be seen. I usually get the $30 massage which is about 45 mins of a back massage with oil and hot stones, and 20 minutes of a chair massage(arms, hands,legs,feet). A one hour full body massage is $40. But after going Saturday night I will never go back I am in so much pain the guy doing my back was far too rough even after saying it hurts he kept doing the same thing in the same spots far too hard I feel bruised especially my ribs and lower back. I just left the place after paying for a 1 hour FULL BODY massage. The woman who massaged me did my back for about 45 mins and then did the back of my calves and told me we were done! This is not to mention that she only asked that I take off my shirt and nothing else... So I had to lay on this table for an hour with my wallet and keys jabbing into my legs. After I mentioned that she didn't do my feet, arms, hands, and thighs, her response was: sorry.. 1 hour finished. So when I got to the cashier I asked for a discount because I didn't get the "full body" massage I asked for.. They were not willing to give me any kind of discount, so I got a little aggressive and then they said fine.. Take off $5 and NEVER COME BACK. I paid and left. I will never come back here.. You get what you pay for. Take into consideration that generally, a one hour massage will run about $60. They're offering it for roughly $40. Upon my first visit, I chose to go for the Head, neck, arm, back and foot massage for $20 plus an optional tip (which I gave) Pros: 1. Pricing was fair. If you need simple massage for one hour and have $20 to dish out, this is the place to go. 2. The staff was over-all friendly, though I think I annoyed the front receptionist when I asked her if the full body massage covered the thighs too. 3. Quality of the massage was okay. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being great, I'd give it a 5 to 7 max. There were times, though that I caught myself saying, "dang" because the massage was that good, but when I got home, I can still feel tension in some spots. Cons: 1. When I got my back massage portion of the package, it was quick. It was about 5 minutes. Maybe 10. During that time, she was rubbing one part of my scapula for a good 2 minutes. 2 minutes isnt' a long time when you read it, but when you're in the hot seat and you're paying for the hour, it's a long time to rubbing a "section of one bone" In addition to the short back rub, part of that 10 minutes, she was stretching me (which I could have done on my ow) and she was running in and out of the room grabbing things like hot towels and hot stones. 2. The scalp massage wasn't that great. It was a simple rubbing of one or two spots. 3. There were times when they just slapped parts of my body as part of the massage, like my thighs for example. This is a big deal for me. I work 12 hour shifts 3 times a week and my legs are usually in bad shape. It would be nice if the foot massage also included better coverage rather than a simple back slap. 4. Whey the say : Head, neck, arms, back and foot. they mean it. I saw 2 different massage therapists and they will break down the massage one body part at a time. 5. Only one staff member speaks English. If you have a health history that requires special attention let them know. I had to remind both my masseuses that I have a history of dislocated shoulder and to not stretch my arm, they did it anyway. Bad idea At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I'll definitely come back. I just wanted to give a fair input on my experience. Over-all they're nice. The massage was unique and the pricing is fair. I just feel there's room for improvement. First time and last time. A friend and I came for massages. After 10 min of rubbing my head I stopped it, because it felt like my cat was petting me. He left my feet somewhat uncovered after being pulled out of the tub, and there was a lot of talking by the therapists. I explained why I didn't want it and another therapist asked if he could do it but I declined and waited for my friend. After my friend was done with his 90 min massage, which he enjoyed, he paid and they asked me to pay for my massage. I explained why I did not like it and will not pay for it. A woman told me that is not how they do business and I needed to switch to another person. I respectfully declined. She ordered me out. She was very rude. This is not the way customers are supposed to be treated. I am a massage therapist and if you do not like a massage after a short period of time you can stop it. As unfortunate the situation may have been for me I am very happy that my friend is feeling better, so thank you to the young woman who worked on him. 5 stars for her. read more

It's so sad that I have to update my review like this. For starters, what happened to this place? It used to be that the workers had much more respect for cleanliness and silence. I understand whispers amongst one another for help but not full on talking out loud when people are trying to relax. Also, the cleanliness. This place now has a smell of dirty towels and the massage bed smells like dried spit and filthy hair. I am coming from a non malicious place. UGH I WANT to like this place because it's right by my house but I cant. I dont know if I'm sensitive or what. I've been twice. The first person I had was a man. I don't get it. I went with my boyfriend. He got a woman and I got a man. Why wasnt it the other way around?!!! Well I told him my problem areas and when I was literally screaming cuz it hurt so bad he didnt stop. Was in here this afternoon. Opted for one hour body massage. The man who was to massage me kept coming and going throughout the massage, disappearing for anywhere from two to five minute several times. Massage, when he was there was weak at best. I can live with that, the lame weak massage, not everyone is strong enough to give a decent massage. But they stopped the massage at 50 minutes, and that is just stealing the time I pay for. Add another ten minutes for his excursions while he was also on my dime and this is a lazy ass no work ethic ripoff. I don't understand these massage stores and therapists who screw us out of our time. Won't be back do not recommend. Buyer beware! Ok..I live in Arizona and we have many of these foot reflexology places. I went in expecting a full body massage IN the chair WITH my clothes on. I was very surprised when they said to take my clothes off in a separate room on a massage table. I get massages a lot so the naked part does not bother me..but I was not prepared for it here...where I am pretty sure they are not, well, I don't know...I just was not prepared. Plus, it was comical, there was one small hotel size towel as the cover up...Most normal massage places have a full sheet. The whole experience was comical. I did require a female as I'm pretty sure the older guy was going to come in which was for sure not going to happen. I asked for 1 hour. Then she worked on my shoulders and back and neck..got one leg done and then asked me if I wanted more time??? I asked, how much longer do I have? She said, 10 minutes? What the heck??? haha. Who does that. Of course I need more time now!!! I can't leave with half my body done. Ugh. So I had to pay for 1.5 hours. I was a little teed of. But I was on vacation so I tried to just laugh it off. AND she did do a good massage...she worked out all a lot of sore spots. She showed no mercy. She was tough on my sore spots. One thing that worries me is I see them handle money and then massage your face without washing their hands. I see a lot of sanitizer bottles but I rather them wash with soap and water. Who knows who they've been rubbing on! I also wonder if they really change out the plastic bags after each new client when they put your feet in bucket. Some people have fungus on their feet. Some of them do a great job and some you can tell are very tired at what they do. You can feel through their hands if they want to massage you or not.
