Shirley asked us detailed questions about what was most important to us and our habits and created the a fabulous custom closet that's also very functional within our budget. We also did some custom cabinets to our living room TV unit. There was a miscommunication around the design but they reached out proactively to fix it. Ivan (or Evan?) and the installation team finished the job in 1 day instead of the 2 booked. They were extremely professional and efficient. The office staff (Lisa and Anastasia) were very responsive on billing communications. Overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend the NJ Closet Factory team!

You just have to use your best judgement to see if this store is cheaper or other competitors. I waited and waited and after almost an hour and a half after the appointment time I decided to call their office and did not reach anyone. I left a message and called Johns cell. When I asked him where he is and why he didn't call me if he was going to be late his response was " Are you sure you have an appointment?" I replied that you sent me the email confirming it the day I spoke to the office. John asked me where I was and when I told him he replied "no I won't be able to get there. I said that's not right, I took off from work, I have been stuck home all day. He just said "sorry these things happen". I said REALLY??? When you're in business these things can't and don't happen. If for some strange reason they did then you make things right, you show empathy for you're customer, you call you're other appointments and try to work things out so you don't disappoint the customer you FORGOT!!
