He told me I needed to call customer care. It was almost a month before a technician came out. He told me the factory sometimes substitutes cushions of lesser quality. He would order me a new bottom cushion but there was nothing to be done about the soft back. A month later I wax contacted that the tech forgot to cut a swatch of fabric and it would be a few weeks before I could be scheduled. I called back and said I had a swatch of the fabric from the store would that work. I wax assured it would. So I drove the swatch to the warehouse. This morning, 6 weeks after I delivered the swatch, I get a call that a tech needs to come and cut a swatch. I explained what I had done, was assured it was fine. No, I am told this will not work and in a week a tech will come. I feel I have been duped by the store by not getting the quality of the floor model and a manager who does not care if he has a satisfied customer. This was not a cheap chair. I do not think anyone should purchase from this store.
