Super impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. All of the women in the office are a pleasure to deal with, efficient and helpful. The owner of the company was put on the phone during my initial call because I had a special request due to a mold concern. Instead of upselling me a test, he told me that if his inspectors saw reason to do further testing, they would recommend it. He could have told me I needed the test and I would have gotten it but he's a good and fair business man and didn't want me to pay for something I didn't need. These guys inspected a house for me. Told me everything was good and I would have no problem getting insurance. Wrong! They missed plumbing, electrical, and roof problems that cost me over $13,000 in repairs before anyone would insure the house.
