With all that going on for me, Andy & Sydney made me feel so comfortable & at ease. When I tried on my dress & Andy zipped me up - and it zipped all the way up I was so relieved. My dress fit. Within a minute, he was already taking notes of improvements and alternations to be made, even many I didn't consider. In and out within 20 minutes with a plan to pick up in a month. Only $330 for bodice adjustments, hemming, adding slip adjustments, and a wrist strap. When I picked it up about 4 weeks later, it was absolutely perfect. My wedding isn't until October but I can update afterwards to show the alterations. Great price and great quality

I found one online that I liked, but it was on clearance (nonreturnable) and only one size was available. It had been a long time since I bought a cocktail dress so I wasn't really sure what size I wore, but thought it would work. I was very disappointed when I tried it on because it was way too big and made me look like a dumpy old lady. I hoped I could get it altered, but the only dressmaker I knew was far too busy due to bridal season. Yelp to the rescue! I chose Mila based on her positive reviews and I'm so glad I did. I immediately felt comfortable with her and was confident she would be able to make the necessary adjustments, even though they were not exactly straightforward. The waist needed to be taken in and lifted, the tank style lace shoulder straps shortening, and I didn't want to lose the pockets, which made it more complicated. Mila said she could complete it in two weeks and the quote was very reasonable. When I returned to pick it up I put the dress on and I was completely blown away by what a great job she did! I loved the dress as it was now very flattering and accentuated my shape. I highly recommend Mila for her kindness, professionalism, and--most of all--expertise in her craft!

Today I visited Woodland Sewing & Vacuum Center and was pleasantly surprised. The owner took the time to educate me on all the various brands (and there is a nice assortment of brands) he carries in his store. The experience was top notch and reminded me of the pride, and dedication of what family business offered in times long past. I was able to make a purchase on not just a vacuum, but the right vacuum for my household needs. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of a vacuum.

Pavel got back to us, indicating that the warranty was set to expire in under a week. He did all the footwork to see if we could get a replacement part, as I couldn't find any of the warranty docs. The manufacturer stated that they didn't make those parts any longer. Pavel was able to negotiate an entire replacement before the expiration. Oh my goodness! His customer service skills are awesome. He is trustworthy. We are lucky to have his business and what he brings to our downtown area. We'll be loyal customers!

The blouse looked like new, I was very happy about it. The 2nd time it was two winter jackets, and the 3rd time it was 1 evening dress, 2 shirts, and a pair of dress pants.
