The place is nice and clean. My daughter went in wanting prom nails, tech never asked her to pick the color prior to starting. when she walked in, she asked her to have a seat first and immediately got started. Daughter didn't like the colors tech presented so she asked tech to mix colors but instead tech forced her into a color which didn't match the dress. She left upset without topcoat and paid full price. I took her back to get it fixed (didn't want to argue, just wanted to get what she paid for). The tech wanted to argue and made us wait an hour while she finished someone else's nails. Which is understandable but there were other technicians that could've helped out but didn't. Getting a mani/pedi is supposed to be relaxing but who wants to leave unhappy and furious?!? Making a customer happy with a nail polish color should not be this difficult! read more

I was a little torn but overall it was a good experience. Mainly because the older woman who did my mani/pedi was an absolute doll. She was kind, gentle, and attentive. Truly reminded me of my Mema. She did a beautiful job on my pedicure with a great massage. The massage was so nice in fact that I had to ask her that she didn't think I said the deluxe pedi just in case. She also continuously told me (not asked) to drink my water. Afterwards she grabbed me by my arm and literally dragged me to her next chair. My manicure was nice too though a few nails were uneven/sharp that I had to fix later and a few nails were lighter than the others. A thickness issue. The salon was clean overall but the bathroom could use some attention. Prices are fair, everyone was friendly. When everything was done she dragged me again by the arm to their Christmas tree, asked me to pick a gift. I did and it was a 10% off coupon for my next visit. She was so excited and said she can't wait to see me again. Now, I only got gel mani and pedis so I don't know how she'd do with anything else but she was great for what I got. read more

We called ahead and were able to make an appointment same day. Upon arrival you sign in at a kiosk and pick out your color. It was my sister and I and they were able to sit next to each other for both the pedicure and manicure. Sometimes you get split up so it was nice to enjoy the time together. they also gave us both small water bottles before we got started. The lady that was doing my sister's toes was like going off with your mom when you're a teenager. She was super funny and constantly telling my sister to drink her water. For the pedicure, my person was an older gentleman. He was very gentle with my toes. I almost ALWAYS get cut so I let him know in advance so he made sure any skin was pushed back before trimming my long toenails. I was originally going to go with white but I saw my sister's color and copied her. She picked a pretty color for the holidays called moulin rouge. He went a little TOO ham on my toenail trim on one foot. Not sure what happened while shaping but my big toe lost a whole corner of nail and the toe right next to it was chopped and made crooked (shared a picture). The other foot was completely fine. Same guy did the manicure, and overall it was good. Nothing amazing to write about but everything was clean and sanitary. I didn't like the way he shaped some nails (had square sides instead of the round I prefer). Also, some nails had rough edges and needed a quick buff. Easy fixes at home but a slight inconvenience. Ok I have done my nails before but it's normally just a gel polish. This year I saw a design on Instagram that I loved and figured I'd see if they could do it here as I just moved into the area. I walked in and spoke with the lovely woman who said she could indeed do the design and gave me a reasonable price. It really didn't take that long but my nails look AMAZING! I was pleasantly surprised by Dream Nails! Everyone was very nice and pleasant to be around. I just walked in because I had time to kill before picking up my son and they were close to where he goes to school so it was perfect. I asked for a full acrylic set that was natural looking and the nail artist did just that! He cut one of my nails too short and it was painful for a few days, also left my toenails jagged so they were catching on my socks. Used some steam machine on my legs which wasn't impressive. They dont take calls on personal cell phones or talk to each other all the time. This is a trademark of respect to their clients who go there to relax and have a pleasant experience. I have only ever had great experiences at dream nails. The salon is always extremely clean and the typical "nail salon smell" chemical is not even noticeable when you go in, which I appreciate a lot! The staff is super nice and personable. Le is probably my favorite nail tech in the entire world. When I go away for college I miss her so much because my acrylics never stay on for more than a week when I go anywhere else. Le puts so much time and effort into her work that my nails always come out 10/10, and they stay on for almost a month! Went in for a manicure to treat myself. It took the girl 10 minutes, there was no hand massage and it was $30. The place could be beautiful but it was filthy, there was a hand towel on the floor, a playpen sitting on top of the manicure chairs where the employees were sitting on their phones. I went to this nail salon yesterday and I did not have a very pleasing experience. When they started drilling my nails the drill had hit my cuticles and caused them to bleed. Second I have bubbles in the nail Polish from my nails not being dusted off. They then told me it was going to be $50 but over the phone they told me $30. Almost like whoever rings you up just picks a price. And to get a "manicure" on top of the nail service is extra (where they cut your cuticles, etc). I have never had to pay extra for that anywhere I have gone except here, especially when they charge $50 for dip manicure. And the credit card machine has been "broken" for months.. they do have an ATM in the store but still. read more

I made an appointment for 3pm...granted i was 10 minutes late, however, there still wasn't any available techs even if we were here on time. I sat in the chair for a hour, constantly asking what's going on and why it was taking so long with no answer. Finally, the manger comes over to me and says "we are busy" and cuts off my water. (I guess that means i wasn't getting serviced. I brought my friend with me and she was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, while I sat there and waited. I went there for a fill and was initially told it was $18. Then I was told it was $22 because it cost extra for them to reshape my already coffin shaped nails. I've never seen a place that charged extra for shaping because obviously you'll need it done anytime you get a fill but okay. I wasn't too thrilled about that, but I was in desperate need for a fill so, whatever. Normally when I get a fill, after shaping, filing, and sanding are done - no matter where I go - they put oil on my fingers and have me go wash my hands. Not here. They dusted them off and then just polished. As a result, my polish has little dots in it which I'm sure is from me not washing my hands because I've never had that happen before. Ever. The benefit I will give them is that everyone was very kind and they gave fruit and water to everyone that came in. I really liked the people, just felt very disappointed with the service and the prices. Definitely will not be returning. read more
