My only criticism isn't actually about the salon itself, but about the online booking system. It appears to be a platform used by many nail salons, and I find it difficult to navigate. Service descriptions are limited, making it hard to know exactly what you're booking, and choosing a technician is largely based on photos without much information about each person's specialties or experience. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood. My nail technician was gentle, attentive, and considerate throughout the appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would return. If the booking platform provided more detailed service descriptions and technician information, it would make an already great experience even better.

People around me started before me and we're still being worked on when they had the same service as I after me. It's OK. The spots around my big toe are still dry and there was no cuticle oil or anything along those lines. When I went to pay, the guy told me it was $85 when I told him that was impossible because my service was $35 for the pedicure plus $15 for gel that did not equal $85. I had to ask for extra coats for both my mani and pedi. (I used the same color). Sadly even after the extra coats some small parts of my nails are still showing through.
