I got regular polish after getting the paraffin wax, which apparently was a mistake but they didn't tell me that cause they had no idea. The polish was shrinking on my toes and it was just horribly done. It looked awful. I had to walk back in like 10 mins later after my appointment and request for them to redo the polish. DO NOT get reg polish after paraffin. Only gel! I didn't wanna do gel, cause you have to come back for them to take it off. The whole thing was a nightmare and a waste of money. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood.
