He would ask where he needs to focus during the session, does a thorough assessment and answers my questions appropriately. This is a bittersweet review since my health insurance is no longer contracted with dreamclinic, but I have been going to dreamclinic for over 4 years now. I would definitely recommend all the massage therapists here, they are good and know what they are doing. It's extremely unfortunate management could not work out a good contract with my insurance, but generally they seem to run things well here. Location/ambiance: I have been to 3 different dream clinics and the bel red one is by far my favorite. The ambiance is great, the location leaves ample space for parking and the building inside is spacious and clean. Their other locations are a bit more cramped and parking is sometimes challenging. Upon walking in you see dreamclinic right away and usually a friendly receptionist greets you. They have drinks and seating while you wait. The massage themselves are amaaazing. Be ready to be relaxed and for your knots to melt away. I have had a few massage therapists, most recently kindra has been my preferred therapists and she is so knowledgeable and phenominal. However, when she is not available all the other therapists I tried are also very savvy and do a great job. What to expect: usually when you go in you check in then sit down and wait (maybe drink some tea or fill out some paperwork). Your massage therapist will come greet you and bring you to a cute room with salt lamp lighting and soft music. You'll sit and chat briefly about what you prefer and where you could use work then the therapist will leave to let you undress and settle in. After a few moments they will knock and enter and commence the amazing massage. Afterwards I get dressed and usually they offer water and you can check out. Personally, I recommend tipping your therapist on the way out - they work hard to make you feel great. Overall, great massage place that I will miss very much (insurance coverage is the only reason they got 4 stars). All the therapists are trained well and do a good job. Review is for Jesse P and the excellent prenatal massage I just got. The best one I have gotten. To be fair I have only had 5, but in the past they have always been very relaxing, almost timid. I have some major pain problems in my hips/tailbone/lower back area that I needed someone that is not afraid to give some firm deep pressure into those areas and Jesse delivered. It was almost painful at the start, but I walked out feeling like a million bucks (which at 38 weeks is saying something). The table was set up with a big fluffy full body pillow to do a side lay massage for the majority and then he finished with a pregnancy wedge that elevated my torso to finish face up for a brief period. read more

YES! Finally found a place that accepts my insurance but still has a non-medical feel to it! I've seen Pamela for a few visits and loved how she really analyzes your issues, shows you some exercises to help, AND gives you a great massage. The place is a little hidden off of Bel-Red but at least isn't too busy. The reception area is clean with lots of fluids (both hot and cold) to keep you well hydrated. The massage rooms are tranquil and Pamela is excellent. So far no complaints here! Looking forward to my next appointment! read more

I had one of the best massages of my life here today with Jamie. What a great, positive experience! I don't often get massages, as they can be pricey and, let's face it, when you have a family and are on a tight budget, massages don't really enter the equation. But once in a while, when I see a decent Groupon deal, I'll buy in, and such was the case with my 90-minute Groupon for a massage at this facility. Finding the site was easy, on the Bel-Red, just north of the new Trader Joe's, and across from the 7-11. Nice big parking lot, so no need to worry about parking. The actual clinic was rather large, with a big, open waiting area, well-apportioned with comfy sofas and plush chairs. There's water and teas for the taking, and the whole color scheme is done in relaxing blues and greens. I liked how they have you fill out a fairly comprehensive health history form, and your massage therapist goes over it in depth with you. Very professional. Jamie met me in the waiting room and ushered me into the massage room which was scented with lavender and there were large trees right outside the window, making me feel like we were actually situated somewhere in a forest, rather than a Redmond business park. And it was raining, hard, and the sound of the rain added to the relaxing element here. What I appreciated most about Jamie's approach is that she really listened to me, what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didn't want or need. It was the perfect massage for me. And I liked how there was no chit-chatting throughout the massage. And no pressure to buy in to any plans or get more massages afterwards (thanks SO much, Jamie, for not pressuring!). I felt like a different person when I left (a WAY less stressed person!), and I know that I will be back, and hopefully get my husband a massage here as well (perhaps as a Christmas gift - if he's good! lol). read more

I've been before in a DreamClinic at their Seattle location. They have qualified people and they took good care of me. The only thing that makes me not to want to go back is pricing. As runner I would need at least a massage per week and with their prices is impossible (not even with their special member price) They offer a discount online only for 1st time visitors. It would be nice to have something for current customers. But hey! Everything happens for a reason and I found more choices for massages with the same quality and better price. read more

I went to Dreamclinic because I heard their massage therapists are doing something special. Well, I wasn't disappointed. Working at home gave me this terrible "locked" feeling in my left shoulder, probably from too much computer time. Therapist Marianne B delivered a soothing mix of deep tissue and focused gliding that seemed to "unlock" that feeling in my shoulder. So my typical massage therapy location (Massage Center Of Bellevue) has been bought out by Dream Clinic. I have moved to Dream Clinic and so far I am quite impressed. The online scheduling is very, very convenient. They seem to have way more availability of massage therapy which is a plus. They also have tea..which is a really nice way to begin/finish your massage. I'm a fan and will continue to go here. read more

My wife made a last minute appointment for me today and since they didn't have time to verify my insurance last week and I had to pay upfront, I called to see if I had met my deductible. They said they would check and call me back. As they were doing that I called my insurance company and within three minutes i was told my deductible had been met. When the manager/assistant manager returned my call she informed me they were "short staffed" and hadn't had time to verify my insurance and that I would have to pay in full or be charged a cancellation fee. This was not an acceptable solution for me as there is a significant difference in co-pay vs out-of-pocket cost. Dreamclinic demonstrated no ability to think out of the box,. waive the cancellation fee, offer to make a quick phone call to insurance, or even express a desire to maintain a positive client relationship. My wife and I won't be back. I just don't understand why I am ultimately paying the price (literally) because they are short staffed!! What a joke! read more

Dreamclinic is a great place to go for a relaxing and re-energizing massage. I have been going to Dreamclinic massage and wellness centers for 10 years now. The first location Roosevelt (Seattle) and now in Redmond. I have had a truly professional and courteous experience with all the massage therapists. They are well trained in many areas of massage and healing practices. Their number one priority is helping their patients feel better and get back to being 100% again. Each therapist has their area of specialty and different techniques for patients. I recommend scheduling appointments with multiple therapists to find the right one that meets and exceeds your health and wellness needs. Caitlin G, Kindra, Michelle J, and Amanda S all do a wonderful job asking the right questions and listening to understand the pain areas you would like them to work on the most. It is a good idea to be open and communicate with them how much pressure you would like applied to sore muscles or if you sustained a recent sports injury. They will offer helpful tips and advice after your massage session is done to continue your healing at home. Caitlin's advice to ice my knee after a work out really helped reduce swelling and sped up my recovery. The Redmond location offers a more quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Although there were times when leaf blowers were outside the building working, which made it difficult to relax, the location is much quieter and enjoyable. Dreamclinic gets 5 stars on so many levels, I'm really blown away by their professionalism and incredible customer service, and that's not even mentioning the spectacular massage! I am a practicing LMP in Redmond, and I decided to try out Dreamclinic for my own self-care and establish a treatment plan. I've been coming to Dreamclinic at Green Lake for 5+ years as it's hands-down the best massage in Seattle. I live on the East Side - now that there's a location in Redmond, I don't have to cross the bridge to get there. I prefer the Redmond location not just because it's nearby. Parking is far more convenient; decor is gorgeous; it's very quiet; therapists are great. No matter which therapist I see - I think I saw a half-a-dozen in the last year - massage consistently hits the mark. I suspect this has to do with the extensive training therapists get here - all of them did a similar kind of extensive intake, concentrated on my problem areas, and then gave me stretching tips at the end. No other place does it. These guys have massage figured out, I'm back here every 2-3 weeks. read more

The Dreamclinic is neat and clean. The staff is professional and courteous. Jamie is great. I can tell that she's passionate about her career field and her clients. She was attentive to my needs and provided me with the right amount of pressure I requested. I've never fallen asleep during a massage before. I was so relaxed with Jamie that I fell asleep twice while she worked her magic. My girlfriend received her first massage ever and it was from Corey. My gf was very nervous and works in a fast paced industry. Corey helped her feel comfortable and gave her great advice. My gf left feeling relaxed with less stress, which helps me out at home :) The only suggestion we would make is that the oil they rub on you have a more pleasant scent. I just left my first visit to this clinic. I had an originally 60 minute massage with Jeanette but stayed for 90. I have waited 20 years to get a massage therapist who listens and truly understands the body and what the body is telling them. She worked my back and neck and even helped my TMJ. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. she said she has over 15 years experience and it shows. I can't wait to go back next week. My only complaint is that I won't get to see her Bc of the holidays lol!! After a few stressful weeks at work, spending 10+ hours a day at my desk, I was starting to develop bad back pain. My husband suggested I get a massage, so I began the hunt for the right place. At first I was put off by the price of the massages at Dreamclinic, but their website gave me the impression that they knew what they were doing and could help me with my back pain. The first time massage discount also made me give it a shot. I am so glad I did! I've been visiting Rilla at Dreamclinic every 2 weeks for the past 3 months. Not only did she eradicate my back pain, but her massages are extremely relaxing and I always feel rejuvenated the next day. Each session begins with her asking me if there are any areas specifically she would lime me to have her work on. Then she does a general feel around of my muscles, and she can always tell where I need work the most without me saying anything. If an area is tight because I've been exercising it recently, she is able to figure it out and increases the pressure as necessary. All the employees at Dreamclinic have been friendly. The facilities are nice and clean. I also love that a 60 minute massage is 60 minutes, not whatever the massage therapist can do within a one hour time slot. I recently saw Jamie at the Redmond DreamClinic, and I couldn't have been happier. I am an avid runner, and my legs are always in varying levels of disaster. I find it upsettingly rare for a masseuse to be able to really do a high quality job on the nightmare which is my calves; but I left from my appointment feeling truly fantastic. Her pressure proved to be just enough in her deep tissue work. I went to my usual yoga class the next day and was surprised to find myself moving thought the difficult postures with better ease.
