The employee told me that the watch could not be repaired because the back of the watch required a special tool to remove it, and that the gold chain repair estimate was $25 and would take two weeks. The battery would cost $15 for a total of $40.00 I left and drove to LaMonica Jewelers in Bohemia. $10 for the watch battery plus $10 for the chain repair and both are now fixed at half the price I was quoted by Kay Cameron. This is simply awful customer service.
