I LOVE Ronny's Jewelry in Patchogue NY. Ronny has great quality jewelry at a fraction of the cost of most major jewelry retailers like ZALES, KAY Jewelers, Macys, etc. I recently purchased a mens necklace at Macys for $120 and got the same exact necklace at Ronny's for $70. It was actually slightly bigger and and heavier. Uncanny quality. Ronny made my son's eyes pop when he saw his necklace and crucifix for his birthday this month. My son was ecstatic and it made us very happy as parents. This is not my first purchase at Ronny's Jewelry and it definitely won't be my last. Stop getting ripped off and head to Ronny's. The worst jeweler around. First off, I needed a simple chain fix. Took 2 months, why? BC, he doesn't even fix the jewelry himself, he sends it out to someone else to fix. Second, I lost a ruby in one of my rings, brought it to him the same time i brought my chain to be fixed...got it back, looked ok......went to get a manicure and stuck my hand under the UV light and the stone LIT UP like I had plugged it into an electric socket. Brought it to London Jewelers, and sure enough it was a fake stone!!! MY ADVICE, go the the woman across the street, she has beautiful things and wont play games! read more

I brought an estate piece in to see how much he would buy it for. He offered me $1500. 5months later I brought it back in and he said he doesn't sell estate pieces. He could bring into his other stores in the NYC and see how much he could get me for it. He told me no one was really buying estate pieces at this time. He could only offer me $700. I looked at the diamond and it was scratched and dull. It used to be bright and shiny. Upon bringing it to be looked at by other professionals the diamond had been swapped. It does not match the appraisal I was given when it was purchased. It also does not match the receipt I was given when I had brought it to be cleaned. The clarity went from VS1 to VS2 and it was .87 carat and now it is .81. Do not do business here. read more

Worst retail experience of my life. Lost diamonds from my wedding ring before i even wore it. From there it went on to lose 8 other stones. Ronny blamed me for this. Told me he could fix the issue if i gave him more money. Took it to get a second opinion only to be told the ring was bent and the prongs weren't even touching the diamonds. It's pretty sad i can never wear my wedding ring because it's a totally flawed piece. And Ronny never took any responsibility. Run as far as you can away from this business!!! read more

believe the other bad reviews. very disappointed in ronny, i bough a few pieces from him so i figured i could return for some custom work. to make a small lasered plate shorter than an inch it took him 2 months which should have taken 2 days, everytime with a new excuse. eventually i got it back and the quality was garbage. other jewelers laughed at me when i showed them the work. i gave him another shot and put a deposit down on another piece and after 4 months nothing.everytime i called it was another excuse...i was on vacation, oh it's just about done, call me next time. blah blah blah. eventually i had another jeweler make it for me (for much less), ronny never apologized for his screw up. check his instagram page he post deals that seem to good to be true because they are. what kind of jeweler sells fake jewelry?? my brother went to buy a piece one time and the price was so cheap i had to ask why he proceeds to tell us that "oh it's not real" why would you sell fake jewelry?? do not do business with this guy he is very shady and will ignore you when you walk in the store, he will stare at his laptop. don't believe me go see for yourself. read more

Im not the type to write reviews but I need to make everyone aware... DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I usually go to Kay Jewerly, or Jared's but I heard this place was popular and i gave it a try. Well I should have read the reviews first. I ordered a ring that was suppose to come within a week. After a week, they told me it would be another week. I understood because of COVID and everything was delayed . But I called every Saturday and Wednesday and was always told when I asked to speak with Ronny " he's got 4 people in front of him". He never got on the phone with me. He gave me his number to text me and wouldn't answer me for days. I understood if the ring was taking longer than expected BUT at least communicate and talk to me !! Horrible business. They gave me a big 40 discount on a $500 ring. 10k white gold. It took 6 weeks for the ring to come!!! And every week they told me to call back Saturday. We have had the ring now for about a month now and guess what... it's already turning... save your time, stress, and money and go somewhere else !! It's so not worth it ! read more

My boyfriend and I went into this jewelry store and we were very pleased. The workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't up our ass while we looked. They were able to accommodate us. I was looking to get ONE earring instead of 2 because I usually have an earring on the top of my ear. This was no problem to them what so ever.
