Our kitchen contract was signed in September 20 20. Our kitchen was began in May 2021. It is now July 2023 and our kitchen is not finished yet. They cannot keep management or employees long enough to finish a project absolutely do not go with this company. My counter was too long so I can't open my back door. The other into the counter is too short so the cabinet rubs on a side panel. My counter is tilted therefor my tile is crooked. My pocket doors no longer work in my kitchen after the cabinet doors were installed. Cabinets were installed already damaged and I was told sometimes that's just how they come out of the box. Still no replacement yet for the absolute top-of-the-line cabinetry I paid $38,000 for for a 10' x 10' kitchen. read more

This review is really for anyone who has older parents that are too nice for modern business with poor customer service and quality control. My parents chose Dreamstyle to re-Stucco and the first issue was that they used a color that was not the chosen color. It took my parents 7 months to get them back, courteously calling and saying this was not the agreed choice. They finally came back and spent over 3 weeks with scaffolding and tarps laying everywhere and the house 2 colors the whole time. As of today, it's apparent they did not seal the stucco. With the recent rains, the steady runoff has stained the stucco darker than the desired choice so the house is two colors again. My parents are too confident in the good of businesses, especially ones that align their name to state Institutions like the lobos to consider litigation. They're certain they can eventually get their money back if needed. It's been an 11 month ordeal, thus far, and it's still apparently far from over. They're certainly in for another 3 months, at least, of excuses as to why they're not coming this week, just like previously. So, if you have nice parents who don't like to make a huge fuss over pisspoor performance or progress from "professionals", highly discourage them from Dreamstyle. Fun p.s., they're aggressive marketing still results in at least monthly calls to my parents home asking them about their remodeling needs. ****8/17/19 update**** New photos for your review of their "fix". After waiting over 2 hours past the scheduled appointment time for a 6 window replacement quote, I called the company and the representative said they did not schedule an estimator since something in our previous conversation indicated I was not the sole homeowner. WHAT? So they didn't schedule an appointment, yet, led me to believe they would be here for the estimate. After being placed on hold for over 5 minutes they offered to be here NEXT week. Jose, Adam, and Scott installed three windows in our home today and I thought they did an awesome job. When I scheduled the appointment I was worried that starting at 11:30am would be a little too late because it gets really hot in Tucson in the summer. I apologized for the late start and I hope that they wouldn't get too hot, they reassured me and said not to worry about it. They got to work right away and began doing their thing. I started to get curious while they were working so I took pictures and asked them a ton of questions. They answered everything and volunteered additional information which was great for me. Whenever I walked up to one of them to see what they were doing they just started talking me through the process, I think they understood that I just wanted the knowledge. All of them were very informative about each of the windows making sure that I understood how to take care of them and letting me know what the warranty covered. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to even if it wasn't about the window installation. One thing that happened that I was very grateful for is that in our house we have a sliding Pella door that is getting harder to open. I asked one of them what is the best way to fix it so I could do it later, but instead he just fixed it for me right then and showed me how to clean the track in case there were problems in the future. The sales presentation could have been better. It took significantly longer than what was expected (5 hours instead of 1-2). Also there were window style options that weren't presented to us during the presentation that we did in fact want after the fact. There were also some communications that could be improved, such as us having to ask for our copy of the contract after digitally signed. read more

I have been waiting since 5/8/18for my initial deposit of $3000 to be returned to me from Dreamstyle/Bathworks. They wasted no time in cashing my check! After a presentation by a sales rep on 5/8 in my home, I decided this product was not for me. He & I had discussed right of cancellation within 3 days. I cancelled my contract the very next day, via telephone, text, & email pictures. After dozens of call & voice mails, I have only been able to speak 1 time to "Kelly Linfoot, 505 881 3200 x 109. So. You remodeled my bathroom about 3-4 years ago. And we were happy with the job- except there's a missing piece of floor trim we just found out we were missing. In mid-January 2024 the shower door spontaneously exploded. I have been dealing with the Albuquerque firm-since mid January about replacing it under warranty. They came out three times- once to measure. The second time they replaced the lip that had been un-fixably dented. And said they would be back later that week to replace the door. The third time they brought the glass door but no other needed parts. Said they had been taken out of the box and probably used elsewhere. Said they would go back to the showroom and order the needed parts- rails, rollers etc that had been irreparably scratched and needed to be replaced. And the workman left that huge heavy glass shower door leaning up in what is my granddaughter bedroom when she is here- and it is still in there. It would not have been safer in my 2 car garage. We have been calling multiple times a day to get to the woman who was dealing with the replacement installation. And we have been ghosted. No return calls to our daily voicemails, no follow-up phone calls at all. That 'overnight' delivery of our parts was over two weeks ago. And we have heard nothing. At this point we are thinking we will need to contact our lawyer and sue the company to honor the warranty. read more

We have been ignored the past 3 weeks in regards to correcting the issues from a shower remodel where the panels were of two different colors, the grouting around the windows were poorly done, and the sealant around the shower locker has started to separate. I got a stucco job. Very expensive and very sloppy. Stucco stains everywhere. They broke things and didn't tell me. They stuccoed over cables and conduit. They glued roof tiles to the walls with stucco. Holes in the stucco and you can see the old stucco in places. They tried fixing the mistakes and got paint on the stucco. They took nine months to finish the job and it's still terrible. read more

They removed the tub and put in a beautiful shower and seat for my disabled mother. A couple of hiccups in the process were quickly addressed by Vinnie, the project manager. If you give them a price point you want to stay close to, and they come back with a cost no where even near the zip code of said price point, GOOD LUCK. PROBLEM, if you decide to take the design you PAID good money for, thinking it was yours, and look for a price in the same state, at least, not $10,000.00 higher. You PAID for it after all, right? WRONG! You are free to shop around, just not with the measurements and drawings you PAID for... If there are any art collectors out there, I have some drawings I paid $750 for. Get some quotes ahead of time because these people come in with the high pressure sales pitch with an inflated price tag then say something to the effect of "but if you sign with is today it'll get you a 30% discount." Thanks Dreamstyle! After your energetic and determined canvasser came right to my house and convinced me to get an estimate for a door, I eagerly scheduled a salesman to come over. They're SO POPULAR that he couldn't make the appointment the day I scheduled, but he was gracious enough to squeeze me in a couple of days later. I'm a senior citizen so I thought a professional should replace my creaky old patio door. And they are, Professional that is. Their doors are so fantastic! Custom made by Keebler elves, I think. No wonder it takes three months to make one. And expertly installed by gifted craftsmen. A bargain at any price. And I was lucky enough to get the rock bottom sale price of only $5000 just in time, if I signed up that day. The sale was ending the next day but he pulled a few strings and got it extended a couple of days just for me! And they were nice enough to offer an easy payment plan of only $50 a month for fifteen years. Can't beat that, no sir! And he was so thorough. He took a full 2 1/2 hours to explain every little detail. I got so tired, but he didn't - he kept right on going. That's dedication and proves he really cares.I should have jumped on the deal but dang it - I waited too long. I had to settle on buying a garden variety door from Home Depot. It's not the Homes and Garden masterpiece that would have made my patio a showcase for the neighbors to envy, but oh well. It's good enough and I saved $4500. Enough to buy a couple more doors and windows. And re-sod the yard. read more

We had our house re-stuccoed, re-roofed and a sliding glass door replaced by DreamStyle. We're really happy with the work they did. We have a chain link enclosure for the cats that had to be partially disassembled to do the stucco work. The stucco guys took care of taking it apart and putting it back together with no extra charge. Antonio, the stucco manager, suggested we get new outdoor lights and house number tiles and they would install them. They did a terrific job. Flo, in the door department, did a clever job of adjusting the sliding glass door so the foot lock and screen latch worked. read more

We had the sales manager give us a pitch on having our French doors installed I. 4 weeks to meet our deadline for a party. The sales person said if there are any problems he would fix them and that he was our go to guy if something went wrong. We paid half up front over 4K. We paid the other half 4K but asked for at least $400.00 be taken off the bill. Overall I would never use this company again or recommend it. The communication between myself and whom ever I was speaking with could never really communicate clearly, communication from one Dept to the other was really terrible, wrong dates, wrong instruction, wrong names of people involved, wrong paint color, wrong instructions ie we were not told to buy an outdoor light. We did buy it and it was supposed to be paid for by Dream Style but I was so exhausted from dealing with the numerous people at that company that could not communicate anything correctly I just ate the cost because I was so sick and tired of dealing with Dream Style employees. I even told them never mind painting the outside wall they were supposed to paint I said I would paint it myself because they tried to paint it twice and both times it was the wrong color. After waiting 2 months for a response from the bath manager and 1 month for a response from the president of Dreamstyle I decided to post my review of the company. I thought that a new shower system would be a simple, easy project for Dreamstyle since the walk-in shower is a standard size. Incompetent and sloppy installation from 2 different crews has lead to months of aggravation (since March, 2020) and a total re-do of the project, including plumbing connections. Water splashing out of the shower is still not resolved and everyone points fingers at each other. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything! read more

Mother is back in the home which was my main reason for doing a walk in...Understood that Covid made things difficult in 2020, however, had this shower done in 2018. Mother can NOT use it. Water has to be facing back corner at all times and water still makes its way to the outside floor. Item to prevent this was never installed. The worst experience of my life dealing with Dreamstyle. They did terrible and refused to fix the mistake. The bathroom floor title is unlevel, they never removed the grout completely. The installer claimed it was the wrong type of grout, we have proof from the installment manager told us what type to buy. The ceiling in the area they removed the wall is poorly done. The glass shower enclosure took three attempts on measuring and getting the glass wrong, and two week each time to get the new material in. They left trash all over the yard. They took full payment for the Greenway finance company before they finished with the work, which was long before the shower enclosure was finally completed. They never returned calls to get the grout cleaned. And the seating of the toilet, was poorly done and unusable so we had to hire another plumber to fix their bad work!. My parents asked for a simple shower remodel. The man who came out to the house measured the project and quoted a price. My parents clarified that that was the final cost. Yes. Then the work had to be rescheduled several times due to workers suddenly not having access to needed tools to do the job and then finding out the salesman had miss-measured the area and everything needed to be reordered. Even the day of the install, there were more problems with wrong measurements. After install was completed, my parents were hit with another bill of $4k for installation and other things. Ridiculous! We purchased a fireplace insert on 29 Oct 2019 it was "in stock" and was promised to be installed by Thanksgiving. We waited for a site check at the two week point, I requested a refund of our deposit clearly Dreamstyle had no intention of installing my insert by Thanksgiving. I was told I would forfeit my deposit per the contract, note read anything you sign with these people. Thanksgiving comes and goes, Christmas comes and goes with no insert. On March 14 the installation was finally complete. Dreamstyle never offered to discount the insert due their ineptness, they simply don't care and will do anything to make the sale and take your money. Customer service is the last priority, I would avoid this company. read more

They keep sending to our home and in the regional advertising that they do bathroom remodeling, but when we call, rather then disclose such silly "rules" up front they tell us verbally they won't do the remodeling unless we buy everything from them, but we already have all high-end tile, counter, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures they don't want to install, even the nicer Kohler products they offer, unless we buy it from them. Regarding service: I have been trying to have Dreamstyle fix the BlazeKing stove I bought from them since early December. It is now mid January. It is my main source of heat, and my bedridden partner and my parrot NEED THE HEAT! I made a multitude of calls over six weeks which they did not return. I finally threatened to call adult protective services. This call they did return. Finally, a week later, the technician came, looked at it, and said the controller had been recalled on my model, and he would order one and definitely get back to me that day with the time estimate. (there were also some mouse eaten wires). He never called back, even after I called Dreamstyle again. A friend of mine finally reached a live voice, and she was told there had been no recall, and my unit wasn't under warranty (the point is it STILL needs to be fixed), and they promised to call back today. Guess what? No call. I paid Dreamstyle over $100K for an addition... and this is how they treat me? ??? I think they grew too big too fast. I don't remember them being so unresponsive and dismissive 7 years ago when I first contracted with them. read more

So we bought a spa through them based on a neighbors recommendation. Chris Osburn was awesome from the sales team, but then it went south. We order the spa on Nov 7th, and was told it would take 16 weeks due to the Covid impacts. Starting in Jan, I called the scheduling department to get an update with no response. I left multiple voicemails on Diane's phone and went in there on two different occasions and left my name. I was told that Diane would get back to me and they even added Tom to the email. Tom is the manager. So fast forward into February and I was so sick of leaving voicemails that I called Chris from sales back, in which he told me that they are no longer making my spa. We were pretty upset, but Chris handled the situation like a pro, but it took me calling Chris to get the news over a month later in which I have left multiple emails with Diane. I went in the third week of Feb to fill out the new paperwork and was told that Tom or Diane would get back to me, and it took until 5 business days to make that happen, and Tom told me they did nothing wrong.......hmmmm. So my military veterans, beware on future support going forward. My wife works at the VA hospital and I work on based and will be telling this story for a while. Oh, I almost forgot, Tom told me that Diane keeps a detailed phone log and I have ask to see it. Time starts now, 19 FEB. read more

We had a salesperson here last Sunday. Arrived 20 minutes late and claimed he did not call because he had the wrong number. He spent 1-1/2 hrs here. What he did could have been handled in 30 minutes or less. He was condesending, rude and arrogant. When we were taken back by the cost, he rudely told us we should have considered that before asking for a quote. I called and spoke to a management person who told me the salesman's manager would call me. NEVER happened. I have two friends who told me after this incident that the cost they were quoted from this company was thru the ceiling. We tried to have him leave well before the long visit, but he wouldn't leave.
