This is an update to a previous review that I left. I purchased a refrigerator that I absolutely…read moreloved, however, it stopped working after only a month. Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. He explained that I needed an oven that had the correct amperage for my house. Jeff was very thorough with his questions as to what we did with our oven (i.e. bake, broil, etc.). We brought it in, and it did require some repair work. John had done an amazing job on restoring our vacuum to near perfect condition, even buffing out the metal parts making it like near brand new.
