The Palmdale office employees have worked in that office for a very long time and have always been extra accommodating staying late, providing demonstrations, etc. if needed. I found them to be always patient, kind and informative. The product they provide is a long-standing strong, well-made piece of equipment that goes back to most of our great grandparents and beyond. The newest models are very light and quiet. I use my vacuum cleaner and the shampoo features often.
