I run into everything with the stroller so I usually leave it outside and carry my son inside with me. My trusty cardboard carrier I keep in the stroller hadn't failed me yet, but I guess it had been battered and used one too many times because it gave out as I picked it up and one of my drinks went ALLLLLL over the floor. The staff rushed in to help without any sign of annoyance or frustration (which I'm sure they were feeling lol). They replaced the drink without a thought. We arrived on a busy morning. The place was quite active and full. We ordered a bagel, a breakfast sandwich, latte and tea. Had a very pleasant breakfast. My latte was nice and strong the way I like it and the sandwich "Breakfast Delight" was excellent--egg, tomato, lettuce, guacamole on rustic bread. Very fresh and flavorful. My only concern here is service. Everyone can have a bad day or respond to stress in different ways but this morning our server was quite brusque to the point of rudeness. As I myself work in a service type of job, I get it; sometimes it gets a little much. So on subsequent trips there I'll see if the engagement differs and file an update.
