For the main course we tried the flounder prepared a few different ways--one fried, one pan-seared, and one bronzed--and each one was fantastic. And then two orders of scallops which were incredibly buttery and cooked perfectly. We wrapped it all up with a slice of Georgia pecan pie that was the perfect sweet ending.
