"With Great Ambiance Comes Great Responsibility"- David A. Silver Bluff sits in central, historic downtown Brunswick, which makes it a go to stop on your way into, or out of town. With great atmosphere, ample seating both indoor and out it's a great place to meet with friends or family for drinks. They often have food trucks so just be on the lookout for the truck schedule. With rotating taps you are almost guaranteed to find something you'll like. They do 4, 10 and 16 oz pours I believe. So very easy to do flights and or sample and try plenty of different types / styles of beers. But be careful 3 to 4, 10 oz pours can sneak up on you quick! lol but nonetheless, the bluff is one of my go to places for craft beer in Brunswick GA.

    Wonderful imperial IPA

My wife and I were in Brunswick for dinner and decided to check out this brewery before our reservation. Awesome vibes! The beer is epic (Check out their IPA's) the spot is huge so plenty of space inside and out to enjoy yourself. They have food trucks and entertainment as well. Highly recommend coming if you are in the area!

We stopped here because I wanted a brewery upon my vacation visit to Jekyll Island and St Simon and because it was dog friendly (inside AND out) since it was raining outside. This place is very nice and large. Staff was friendly and the outdoor space looked nice as well. No food is served but there was a food truck outside. I assume they do this often which was nice as we needed a little snack. I don't like beer so was hoping for a cider; however, they didn't have any upon this visit so I got a cocktail, their spicy cucumber margarita. It was a frozen drink and very good but was definitely spicy. My boyfriend had the Mexican Lager. He enjoyed that as well. They even gave my puppy a couple dog biscuits, which he enjoyed!

One of my favorite breweries! When I'm away from the golden isles I often think about this place. The service is great and the vibe is really cool! And I love that they have great local food trucks providing delicious meals while you're there!

We've bought their cans from stores before & were SO excited to get to try them straight out of the keg. The peach grove sour is one of my all time favorites & I hope it sticks around a while. Service was quick, the beer is fairly priced, & the brewery itself was cute.

This place is phenomenal. They allow you to bring your pets inside and outside. The staff was all very nice and the place was super clean. The beers were cold and excellent. Sample them all.

Absolutely loved this brewery. It's huge with tons of indoor and outdoor space. They have a nice stage setup in the beer garden and allow dogs which is a big plus. Staff was so friendly and had good recommendations and allowed us to try different beers. They have several main stays with special release beers as well. They also have different food trucks all the time. We will go here often!

Silver Bluff and other local merchants are bringing Brunswick back. And what a come back with this fun, sleek beer garden and taproom! Sure, you can pick it up in local beer stores and restaurants, but the beer is better tasting and fresh here. The section continues to grow. It's fun to see what's rotating thru. I highly recommend bee keeper, and any available New England IPA and seasonal faves like Pumpkin Spice. All can be taste tested before purchase. So, what are you waiting for? The beer garden has heaters and fans. There are games too and food trucks. What more could you want? Stop by today and treat yourself! Open on Sundays! See website for hours and location. Parking can easily be found on No meter street.

Chill place with some really nice brews. Grab a flight and have a seat outside for some live music.

The business has a small parking lot it shares with other businesses, there is also a small gravel lot beside it that you can park at. If you go at a busy time, parking can be a chore. Upon arrival, the business was busy with both inside and outside seating filled but we were seated immediately at a table with both bench and chair seating that shared the bench with other tables. There is also bar seating and you can sit at a high top that borders the brew stations. It took a few minutes for us to meet our server who took our drink orders. Soda for her and non-alcoholic IPA for me. It took our server a while to bring our drinks and she forgot my IPA so she had to go find it. Once we had our beverages, we ordered our food. We started with the bacon wrapped blue cheese dates - the dates are served on tooth picks and looked great but the blue cheese overpowered the flavor of everything else. My wife ordered the special of the day (not on everyday menu) which was shrimp tacos with a black bean pineapple salsa and house made chips and fries. I opted for the house burger with cheddar cooked medium and chips and fries. It took a long time for our food to come out and after observing our server chatting it with a table of her friends who were behind us, I am pretty sure she may have forgot to order it in a timely manner. When our food came it was auctioned off to us by another team member (no server to be found). My wife's tacos were overstuffed and fell apart. I tried one and the fried shrimp tasted really fishy to me, not like fried shrimp is supposed to taste. My burger was okay but nothing special. Really wanted to like this place but it did not live up to our expectations.

We didn't know how it worked, but you get menus and order from the bar. Someone brings your food only; if you need fork, knife , napkins, condiments, etc, you go get it. Let me say, I'm not a burger person, but the Mocama burger was fantastic. The burger itself may have been a frozen burger and a little overcooked (even for me who doesn't like anything done less than medium). The cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions were perfect, but that pretzel bun....hands down best I've ever had! They MUST make these in house! The fries were thinner than I expected, but the seasoning and doneness were wonderful. We enjoyed every single bite and will absolutely be back!

Wouldn't say that it necessarily caters to sports - at least half of the TVs (I think there were 4) were temporary. Beer was solid - but not a huge selection - maybe 6 or so. Had several Cosmic IPA which was good, not great. For food, shared some nachos with added smoked pork which hit the spot. Group ordered a chicken pesto sandwich, a burger or two and chicken gyro. Honestly the food was more "gourmet" than typical pizza and burgers that you get at a lot of breweries. May have given 4.5 stars but it was impossible to contact them directly. No phone number on website and even when I located one, went straight to voice mai. The FAQs on website couldn't answer my question if they would be able to accommodate a large party with a table and advise on TV situation / audio (which was too low for a game that everyone was dialed into). As other have pointed out, it is counter service only which is then run out to your table.

Hops on Fire sits just a short detour off I‑95, close enough to be convenient but still tucked away from the highway rush. I would never suggest driving and drinking, of course, and over the span of three hours I limited myself to one big beer and one small beer, which was more than enough for a relaxed stop. The inside space is genuinely comfy, warm without trying too hard, and they offer outside seating as well for anyone who prefers the open air. I found a quiet corner next to an outlet, set up my laptop, and spent a good stretch of time writing Yelp reviews and mapping out the next leg of my journey. It had that easy, unhurried rhythm that makes a place feel like a small haven on a long drive. Plenty of locals drifted in and out, giving the room a steady but never overwhelming pulse. The beer was pleasant and well‑kept, though the menu leans heavily toward IPAs. I enjoyed the one I chose, and the peanut butter beer made for a fun little dessert at the end of the night. Still, I would love to see a solid Pilsner on the board next time, something crisp to balance out all those hops. [Review 1639 of 2025 - 879 in Georgia - 25187 overall]
