We stopped here because I wanted a brewery upon my vacation visit to Jekyll Island and St Simon and because it was dog friendly (inside AND out) since it was raining outside. This place is very nice and large. Staff was friendly and the outdoor space looked nice as well. No food is served but there was a food truck outside. I assume they do this often which was nice as we needed a little snack. I don't like beer so was hoping for a cider; however, they didn't have any upon this visit so I got a cocktail, their spicy cucumber margarita. It was a frozen drink and very good but was definitely spicy. My boyfriend had the Mexican Lager. He enjoyed that as well. They even gave my puppy a couple dog biscuits, which he enjoyed! read more

Absolutely loved this brewery. It's huge with tons of indoor and outdoor space. They have a nice stage setup in the beer garden and allow dogs which is a big plus. Staff was so friendly and had good recommendations and allowed us to try different beers. They have several main stays with special release beers as well. The beer was delicious as I tried a full sampler and ensured to get an array of options. The architecture and design of melding the old and new was thoughtful and makes for a pleasant atmosphere. My wife and I were exploring the Golden Isles while on the trip to Jekyll Island, and we stumbled upon this place while walking around Brunswick. It is a hidden gem! It seemed like everyone we saw walking around in the area was heading to this place, which was a good sign. The indoor area is very open--plenty of space to social distance. And most importantly, the beer menu was great! We like lighter beers, so we got the Needlerush Hefeweizen and the Piercing Point Juicy Pale Ale. Both were awesome, and each had fruity notes. If I didn't have to drive myself back to the hotel, I would've had several more. We came on a rainy, colder day, so we couldn't really sit outside. But if you can, there's a nice open beer garden area directly outside with plenty of tables and lawn games. Also, they had a food truck parked outside so you could also get food if you were hungry. read more

A popular spot for people who love beer. Service is good and the beer is great. My only gripe is the seating. It's mostly picnic tables. They're really beautiful, but this isn't comfortable seating. They do have 8 luxurious upholstered chairs by the window, to seat 2 groups, so if you're lucky, you get to drink in comfort. Stopped by during Brunswicks First Friday Celebration and it was one of the most poplar spots on the main street. .Their building design was well thought out as They have a adorable patio area with rocking chairs and picnic tables and a Cute area for the kids. Inside is industrial looking with proper seating. On this day they needed more cashiers as the line was out the door. It's Georgia atmosphere for sure happening here as everyone was family friendly and enjoying a brew and the live marching band music on a beautuful evening. Definitely the best beer in the area. I came in after work with a pizza from Fox's and tried a couple flights. Overall, excellent variety and their German beers are pretty spot on or authentic tasting. Although not my favorite, their matcha rice lager is clean and crushable. read more
